  1. Hey Ricky. Unfortunately the cheque's not arrived yet, which is odd considering when you sent it. I'm also not so finicky as to wait for a cheque to clear from someone like yourself who I know. A Pm/Email would've done nicely anyways - save clogging up the forum. Will catch you soon. Mike.
  2. Pfffft, been there, done that, got the teeshirt! Should be good, looking forward to it.
  3. Evenin' all. Me, Max, and Todge are set to ride Coventry tomorrow, weather should be nice. Mike.
  4. Aaah, sabotage, hadn't thought of that.
  5. Yeah, they were sweet, old Rock Shox Psylo's, nice untill the disk mounts snapped at the bikeshow, causing major faceplant-age! However Ali C actually made those.
  6. Nice idea - but what about moving the brake up/down, say for those with horizontal/eccentric dropouts..
  7. Then this may be of great help. It's been posted before here, but I've recently been speaking to Eric, the guy who made it, and he's now accomadated front chainring sizes well below 22t (the maximum before), so it's of much more use to us trialsers. I found it pretty useful, I'm sure those of you with the new HOD 116 spaced frames with *really* limited dropouts will find it helpfull too. Mike.
  8. Aright lads. Me & Max are heading down t' Porthcawl today - weather should be alright. Give me a shout if you fancy heading down also. Mike.
  9. Keep an eye out on eBay. I bought my first one from Ali C 3 years ago for £25, and a few months ago bought two from ebay new for £50! Snapped a lever blade, which cost me about £30 to replace. After trying to source a replacement part for over 4 months, I've finally fitted mine on again today - it's lush. Especially in my custom anodised "pewter" colour. They're excellent levers (read: the best you can buy), but I certainly wouldn't pay £80 for one.
  10. Some funky ass £80 cd rack from this stuck up furniture shop.
  11. Sorry for the wait, tv.isg playing up. http://tv.isg.si/site/filebrowser/Fatmike
  12. Yeah, two 17 year olds in a car, with potentially no driving experience, loose on the roads. Top idea sir.
  13. Running 18:16 at the moment. You'd need either ~389mm stays, or ~377mm stays for it to work. A little longer if it's not a brand new chain (mine is...) Mike.
  14. Spose I may aswell come along and say hello. If anyone's got a 15t cog, please bring it.
  15. Awesome, cheers for putting that lot together! Hotel stuff was a bit random though - guess it was one of those "you had to be there" moments, ey? :wink2: Noice one.
  16. However the 2003 X-Mas fancy dress ride was fantastic! We had me in a toga, complete with Laurel wreath headgear. Adam "Avid Merrion" Read Phil "7ft Bear" Williams John "Tony Blair" Fisher Plus many others which I can't remember. Fack organising it with so little time, however,
  17. Trials needs more events like this. Definately a fantastic day for the sport, was amazing to have such cool things to ride on, as well as a massive amount of spectators. As John said, it was great to have the sections with different obstacles, I've been wishing for an indoor mototrials-style event for ages! I can't wait for the next one, more of the same please! Also pleased with joint 4th with John.
  18. Sound great! I'm packing my camera up ready now!
  19. http://www.metcheck.com/V40/UK/FREE/today....zipcode=SL8+5QN My lift(s) fagged out, so I'll now be getting a train that gets into Maidenhead at 2:15. Anyone want to meet me there? Also anyone who's going to Bourne End, and the comp in Exeter fancy putting me up for the night and offering a lift down to exeter on saturday? Mike.
