lol .. i know that its just.. what are the pros and cons of doing that. The only thing i can think of is that you can change lots of different variables when your working in a lab ( this whole thing is talking about a pump and its efficiency and characteristics just incase anyone is wondering) which you might not be able to do when your field testing? ugh no idea.. google cant even work it out..

You doing your situps in sets? and how are you doing them.. legs raised etc? On saturdays we usually do a quick ab session at the gym before normal weights. Consists of 5 sets: 50 first set 30 20 10 As many as you can do for the final. Then use machines for different ab workouts.. which you wont be able to do since you arent at a gym (Y) Also dont do just the same form of situp.. look on the net for various techniques and try them for each set. Like terror said.. your body will just get used to doing them. So you really have to keep it guessing. Its like people who cant do 10 press ups.. then keep doing them till they can do 40 etc. Its just the body getting used to it but you wont really notice much strength gains or muscles showing.

The guys there actually know how to run a business.. especially over e bay. Everything ive had from there has come early, free livestrong band (63p.. technically could have been free due to exchange rate) and always a nice note saying have a good ride etc. Also any questions just email them and it all gets sorted.

Anyways if i had cured myself of HIV ... i would have £ signs in my eyes, no wonder the guy hasnt returned for further tests he's sitting on a cure for the biggest killer in the world. lots and lots of money is coming his way.

Sounds easy doesnt it.. but it isnt. You can do 100000000 sit ups ( your shit ups sound interesting :D p) but all it will do is strengthen your abs to a point.. like your core. Its hard to explain like basically.. everyone has abs... doing sit ups etc will make them grow and become stronger.. but you still wont be able to see them because of the fat there. The best way to get rid of fat is to do cardio at 70 ish % of your max heart rate. If you go flat out doing cardio you just burn off carbs as they are the easiest for the body to burn. If you go at 55 - 70% your at your peak for burning fat. Dont ask me to go in to it more its just something ive read and been told by a couple of distance runnners, i could dig it up if your all THAT interested. Think of it this way.. a huge guy in a gym could get on a ab crunching machine and do a stupidly high setting. Yet you cant see his abs for shit.. because hes covered in fat as well.. his abs may be huge but they are covered. Oh yea and i have nothing on alex and ryanrs... im 61kg... which for building is stupidly small :( i need to be eating more frequently but its near enough impossible with a 32 hour week of lectures to find the time to actually... well.. eat ( and i mean proper food.. not chocolate bars here and there). My fat % seems to be going up slowly.. only on my stomache though at the moment.. but meh... give it a year and ill hopefully be in better condition.

Losing weight on your stomache is one of the hardest places. Its always the last place for it to go.. so basically.. without getting rid of any excess fat everywhere else.. good luck

Protein, creatine within like 20 minutes after your done is the usual method. But you can get things to take before and during. Since starting the gym a months or so ago i just take a all in one meal replacement style powder called optibol. Has pretty much everything in it, creatine, vitamins etc. Id have thought alone they are pretty useless.. but when all put together they do make a difference. May be worth a try taking a all in one thing isntead of something specific like creatine. Anyways i'd have thought extra protein would help you more.
