  2. Yea.. eat a lot and keep doing squats. They usually cripple you the first few times but then they feel amazing. First time i ever did them heavy i was hurting for nearly 5 days. Now i can do them everyother day easily.

Depends what your goals are surely as to when and what cardio you do? personally on those days my cardio consists of f**k all or the odd biking (not technically cardio but its the closest im going to get to doing any). In the actual program that workout is based on cardio is usually 15-20mins of light work nothing heavy like distance running etc. Also i think you are getting hung up on Day 1 = monday etc. Once again personally i judge when its time for me to take a break, infact i have done 3 of those workout days in a row before because my body really felt up for it and i had a shit load of power on each day. I then followed this up by the 2 day break and followed the plan once again as stated. If i know im not going to be able to put in 100% i just simply leave it as my body is just saying nope not today. Like ive said, i dont go to the gym to become huge etc i like the challenge so theres not much point in me going and failing through tiredness. The marines thing is probably useful for a lot of people, but depends on your take of being "fit". Does it mean running long distance and sustained endurance? or lifting heavy shit repetetively (as you would expect with a fat weight lifter). Once again.. personal goals
  4. dumbed down.. your body doesnt know when its going to get its next meal so it stores as much fat as it can from your next meals pretty much as "backup fuel" since you are fasting so much. Regular meals stop this occuring and in effect increases your metabolism. ofcourse.. you have to eat clean too.. which i really really dont =p progression is slow but its something to do as well

Im bored so here goes: People who misspell words.. now this isnt a english lesson type spelling mistake where theres some grammatical error.. im talking about when people do the "say what you see" for instance: fut instead of foot etc. Shortened down words to the point they look quite faggot. For example: s!d...... meaning sidehop... TGS is ok.. its capitalised atleast. Fence sitters in arguments. These are the people who love to sit on the fence and not be on either side of the argument. They have no use within the thread. For example: "It doesnt matter how you ride just ride for fun stop arguing guys!" .... this really pisses me off. Get some balls and pick a side or dont bother posting. Mods changing topic descriptions for no apparent reason other than boredom. For example.. The Photography Thread 123ยป 510 "What's it got to do with football?" .. the f**k? The bandwagon! often seen in video threads and trials chat. 10 posts of "i love you/this part" then someone will come in with "it was shit..." following from this 8 pages of why it was shit. I expect people dont mind getting constructive criticism but when its all just a case of this is shit because my mate said it.. its boring to read. Pete Wright jokes by people who never even saw one of his posts (i barely remember them). The martin frika video which ironically is in video forum right now. The use of QFT... and +1 also moving in to "first" which is predominantely seen on www.perezhilton.com comments

  12. i dunno to be fair we had this talk a few weeks ago and it was "its just cos we are apart" but at the same time, when she needed me it was no trouble for her to send a txt n stuff to acknowledge she was thinking of me but now i dont get any of that. Its just being selfish in a way? thats why its annoyed me? im not that fussed about cheating end of the day what can i do this far away from her to stop her if she wanted to? but at the same time i do trust her not to.. this isnt overly about that its just ugh f**k it i dont know lol
  13. Since you are all loving the split body routines... heres something to throw in to the mix. I go to the gym regularily.. for a while now. I dont eat correctly at all so i dont grow, however to be fair i never wanted to look like incredible hulk i just love the personal challenge and my strength increases endlessly. Pound for pound id say im pretty damn strong which is what i do want to be. So here is a routine i have just started. Im really in to TBT.. total body training: Day 1 Sets/Reps Rest Dips 6 x 3 @ 6RM 50 sec. Front Squats 6 x 3 @ 6RM 50 sec. Chin-Ups 6 x 3 @ 6RM 50 sec. Leg Curls 6 x 3 @ 6RM 50 sec. Seated Calf Raises 6 x 3 @ 6RM 50 sec. Day 2 Cardio Cardio Day 3 Sets/Reps Rest Flat Bench Press 5 x 5 @ 8RM 60 sec. Deadlift 5 x 5 @ 8RM 60 sec. Bent-Over Rows 5 x 5 @ 8RM 60 sec. Skull Crushers 5 x 5 @ 8RM 60 sec. Donkey Calf Raises 5 x 5 @ 8RM 60 sec. Barbell Curls 5 x 5 @ 8RM 60 sec. Day 4 Cardio Cardio Day 5 Sets/Reps Rest Incline DB Press 4 x 6 @ 9RM 70 sec. Back Squats 4 x 6 @ 9RM 70 sec. Upright Rows 4 x 6 @ 9RM 70 sec. Close-Grip Bench Press 4 x 6 @ 9RM 70 sec. Standing Calf Raises 4 x 6 @ 9RM 70 sec. Preacher Curls 4 x 6 @ 9RM 70 sec. Day 6 Off Off Day 7 Off Off The basic science behind total body training can be seen in every sport. Take speed skaters and the cyclists in the olympics. What do they have in common? f**king huge quads... why? because their quads are hit everyday by their sport, regardless as to whether it is tired or needs time to heal/grow. The same goes for most builders.. everyones seen them. The overtanned huge guys, not exactly toned but under the exterior they got some serious muscle i.e. brickies.. once again why? cos the nature of their work requires them day in day out to lift and move heavy shit. If a trials rider decides to go to the gym, get on any leg machine (i said machine over squat here for a reason) and see them dominate in comparison to their non biking buddies. Once again trials is a somewhat quad and calf dominated sport. They may not be all that in squats since your hamstrings play a part, the same for deadlift you end up with quite an imbalance between the two sets of muscles from biking so the test isnt as conclusive. But something like leg press in a machine (a close-ish substitute for a squat) you can keep racking up the weight. Most of us have ridden for hours and hours on end, day after day at some point yet we still progress and get more powerful. This is pretty much why im really anti splitting your workouts in to chest/back etc... you only really require this type of training when you are at high level. Yes it may work, but overall strength you arent all that. Theres nothing stopping you loving chest/back day and putting in 110% and then coming to legs and being like meh.. i cba.. and f**k all effort. Total body training ensures you keep on top of what gets wrecked, why have 1 day dedicated to your chest? when you can have 2 or 3 days when you hit it with a compound exercise allowing you to hit it with everything you got instead of a half arsed attempt after you have blasted your triceps doing some worthless shit exercise.
  14. gf pissing me off now. As per angry thread.. shes in america atm working at some jewish summer camp lookin after kids. At the start i really pushed her to go since she had planned it long before we started going out. She went and hated it at the start would cry on the phone tell me she wanted to come home.. so i would comfort her the best i could and tell her shit will be fine. Now shit is fine, infact she says this week has been amazing. Since this time though im not having a good time however if i mention it i get the "your making me feel guilty for even enjoying myself"... also the fact now she hardly ever speaks to me. It used to be like a couple txts a day saying how she is.. now im lucky if i get a reply. Seriously pissing me off how when she needs help its fine but when i need help its a case of me wrecking her summer. So what to do now? just ignore her and get on with life? im more pissed off that it takes like 1 minute to send a txt to just acknowledge that your thinking of someone yet she cant even be arsed to do that anymore. ffs

  22. i got accused of selling a counterfeit chris king headset (if you search for sale forum it might still be there) But having owned 2 of them previously i know for a fact it wasnt. The guy had taken apart the king i sent him and added in some random part from a fsa pig (yea.. wtf). Looking at those 2 pics Real/Fake.. to me.. they look exactly the same.. jsut one is taken apart and the other isnt.. All this shit about upside down logos etc is just because the 2nd pic has the cups turned up the other way lol..
