Had a little read on this thread and found it quite amusing in some places. Peoples lack of knowledge of general law is quite worrying. ill break down some of the "contractual agreements" or whatever is easiest for you all to understand. Lets take for example a cereal packet in a super market. The goods on display - These are an invitiation to treat. This means basically its showing you whats on offer. Its not part of the contract process. So just by taking the packet and sticking it in your trolley doesnt mean it is yours. Someone infact could take all of it out your trolley and put it in theirs and its just hard luck on you. You then go to the checkout and present the goods. This is the "offer" to buy. Your basically saying this is what you want to get. A number of things can then happen. The checkout operator can decline your offer, accept your offer or accept and impose conditions. The checkout bitch is the one in control so everytime you've heard people saying "your supposed to be offering me a service" blah blah blah.. it means nothing at this point at all. You then pay for the cereal or whatever. Talking of paying if you look on notes you will see what money really is. Its just a promise... " I promise to pay the bearer on deman the sum of... ". Who would have thought the world would run on such good will lol. Howevere this is where it gets to the good bit. You then enter into consideration. This is usually just the process of one person giving the goods to the other. But can be put under a million and 1 different meanings.. even showing love and affection can be called consideration. The contract is only binding after completion of consideration. So the shop keeper can still say.. actually nah f**k off im not in the mood heres your money. The goods are only yours until they are in your posession. So really when it comes to MA.. he aint doing shit wrong hes just a lazy f**k. You can only "sue" or whatever if you ask for your money and he doesnt give it back. But also you have to remember that "silence" is not acceptance of the contract/terms. So when they aren't emailing you back it doesnt mean they have read it and are going to do what you say. Infact it means they can just plead ignorance to be fair. All that was a dodgy description but ah well. Something also useful to remember which i have seen a lot on the forum is companies sending you a part which is slightly different to what you saw on the website in the pictures. This was mainly apparent in the early onza full builds, loads of random parts would be thrown on. Whether they were for the better or the worse you can have it sent back and all changed with them paying for postage etc because they have given you something which isn't the same as what you thought you were getting. All that leads in to miss interpretation etc.. f**k law its too confusing. Ah yea also.. companies cant become prejudice or whatever just because what you say about them. They can decline your offer to buy the goods if they want.. but they cant go out their way to f**k up your orders.

what bloody res are you running to need it at 40000? i always run the cross hair scale at 2700, you want cl_crosshairalpha 40000 to make the crosshair mega bright. its a bit annoying when playing office because of the snow outside and oyu cant see the bugger lol i cant play source any more.. the damn steam.exe bug has f**ked me. Ive tried everything.. ive also heard its something to do with a memory leak to do with the friends bit of steam. So i disabled it in the registry and it worked fine but not even that works now, or setting the affinity of steam to cpu 0 instead of 0 and 1.. also setting its priority low doesnt work either now

I have attached a number of programs developed by chad waterbury. An amazing program designer with every bloody sports science degree under the sun and years of experience. Id start off with ABBH 1, it won best program of the year award within the building industry and i have to say is dead simple to follow and works f**king amazing. Its also a good program for the beginner to start off with as it sticks to compound movements which will build your body a lot quicker than the idiots you see sitting around doing bicep curls all day. Seen something working like that before, its something really stupidly easy and simple like whole flour, water and some extra starch. You can get a paddling pool full of it and step in and its a liquid but then if you punch it all of it goes solid for a few seconds at the exact instant your hitting it. Really weird shit.. it goes back to a liquid soon after and you can f**k around with it again.

Source is awesome, shame valve cant release and update without putting a new bug in to the engine.
