At the moment jury is out for me on the rock pads. Admittedly i only rode them for 3 hours so far on natural but yea they are alright so far. They arent up to par with my plaz pads just yet but ads told me to let them fully bed in before i jump the gun. I have to say though they come with a crap load of material! Hardest part for me was setting the brake up good again, have to have the cylinders as far out as they can go (onza hog rim 19"). I bought them for the winter riding due to being told that they will work better than plaz in the wet since plazmatics dont work one bit in the wet for me. Will give them another ride on sunday and hopefully be able to give a better review. Quite a lot of people are loving them though from what i have heard and read in here. Well worth a try atleast

Proper bo i tell thee. Im guessing it would just be like a world cup style event? finally my parents will recognise trials as a real sport and not just me pissing around damaging stuff. Although since i started comps they dont give me as much agro as they used to over it.

You need a flat head screw driver in between the pads to push them apart it needs a bit of power to push them open. When your front wheel hasnt been in, you or someone else have pulled the lever in causing the pads to move together. Since theres no disk in there the pads have moved so close together you cant put it back in.

Mine doesnt, mines all cast parts and brass washers.

Unex doesnt use them, neither does hope or magura braided. All of which ive had at some point. Everything but hope = gash anyways FYI

I go to frontwheel.. i quite like the feeling.. allows you to concentrate on placing the rear wheel where you want. From my experience people who go to front wheel first never seem to do this gay sidehop up then sidehop straight off.

I couldnt make it housemates car broke so he had to get it fixed.. never bothered calling to say hes coming tmrw... infact he could still turn up. What a gay!..
