No they arent.. they are more than likely die cast aluminium cylinders. Water = corrosion. Not rust. Buy some rock pads, bleed your brake using WATER.. in the BATH. Set your pads up so you dont need any tpa for them to bite where you want, make sure they hit the rim square (pull the lever some as you set them up to make sure they are hitting square).

Foil doesnt work.. i have interference on my 43" tv in the front room.. its a f**king ball ache we cant work out where its coming from. We have wrapped the whole tv and antenna etc in foil and made a tiny hole to see if the screen was ok but was still f**ked. Its so intermittent.. possibly thermostat causing it but it seems to last for like 20 minutes sometimes so wont be that (thermostats cause interference for a couple of seconds). The signal coming in is perfect as the tv guy showed us on this weird graph thing and a tiny tv console. But yea.. ofcom were supposed to come and havent yet so if anyone wants to also build a supressor for my tv.. ill pay.
