This is worth a ban: You are the biggest f**king retarded dick head i have ever not met. Its unbelievable how stupid one person can be at the same time as fist f**king their own arse in some strange ego clense... but you really do manage it. I hope you f**kin handicap yourself in the gym. -
check under your firefox/ie settings that something hasnt added it to the blocked sites, same goes for windows firewall. Then clean out all of your internet temporary files, if you are using wireless right click on the wireless connection icon on the taskbar and click repair. That will flush out any wanked up settings hopefully. Cant really think of much else.

I have to say the totoal lack of knowledge in to weight training in this thread is verging on to being a disability. Quaker oats being high in protein... oh dear.. go read a packet Protein making you put on fat.... funniest thing ive heard in a while. Infact ill clear that up protein does not put fat on to your body. If you eat a lot of carbs and i mean a lot and you do not burn them off then those carbs will turn to fat. Hence why a lot of the chav women are fat .. high carb diets with little exercise. Adding external loads to your body causes micro-tears within your muscles, overloading of the nervous system and increased blood flow. Streatching does not cause this to happens as your muscles are somewhat elastic and even before a muscle will get a good streatch you will be hitting your ligaments and tendons a lot earlier. You grow outside of the gym, where these tears are repaired by a high protein diet that promoted growth. Taking day off or two days off between training should be adequate enough to allow your body to recover, however after 2 weeks your body will be adapting to the program you are doing and recovery times are much quicker (hence why HFT programs are becoming all the rage for your average bodybuilder http://www.t-nation.com/readTopic.do?id=1324625) Protein shakes are not a method of "bulking up". They are a supplement and as that suggests they should not replace whole protein taken from fish, poultry, meats etc. Some people may opt for 1 a day .. 2 a day.. or however many, but they arent going to get you "big". So dont expect to pick up some protein and see dramatic results, your diet is 90% of the challenge in bodybuilding. -

No its not the smallest muscle, the stapedius is.. thats in your ear fyi. The biceps i would say are one of the easiest muscles to train due to so many variations of exercises that can stimulate it during workouts. Whether you want to be a complete noob and sit and do concentration curls or you have some sense and realise theres no need if you bang out enough compound exercises, the bicep is piss to train. The exact same goes for the triceps. Hypertrophy on such muscles is piss, calves are not hard to define nor get strong. However getting decent size from them could take a while but once again not that long.. you can hit them with a HFT program and see really good results since their recovery is so good. If your personal trainer uses the words.. bro... dude... mate, looks like he hasnt picked up a weight in his life, has no form of certification, isnt in high demand by ATHLETES, tells you to use machines over free weights, makes you load your body before you can do body weight exercises, doesnt give you a diet program to follow with your training, is laughed at by powerlifters, wears a thong and does not beleive in deadlifts, front/back squats............ walk out the gym and find someone useful. Ive had a thing against personal trainers for a while.. more so this year than anything after seeing a short fat skin head 25 year old guy giving a talk to 6 athletes (sprinters, hurdlers) at the university gym about how they should be performing their exercises. Why should anyone listen to someone who clearly has never performed an exercise correctly in their life, over eats, doesnt sleep enough and wears a shell suit? -

Who said i dislike americans? I hate people who take it upon themselves to assume something that is untrue. Almost as if someone is trying to put words in to my mouth. I was tempted to have a right bitch at you but i dont want to destroy this topic. Just next time.. think before you post.

Maybe worth formatting c: before installation .. its like start --> run --> cmd --> format c: Once all that shit is over with start up yer computer and get in to bios and change the settings to boot from your cd drive and all should work. Im not a computer nerd but ive had to do it this way a few times due to the same problem as you

LMAO what a complete pile of bullshit this is. English can't spell properly? and the Americans spell better? HAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH Considering over 60% of americans cant even draw their own damn country even vaguely right and have no clue about anything other than america i think that is a bloody bold statement to make. Americans have the shittest form of education system i have ever heard of consisting of the following: Multiple choice exams home schooling online (lmao) Not being able to study a science until you can pass algebra (no form of "core" subjects up to gcse level) E.t.c. Atleast we arent lazy enough to omit letters from dictionary words such as colour --> color.

Best bet, as i tried out for some stuff is to look at a basic card in your price range.. then get on google and type in the card name followed by reviews. Then find a review and 90% of the time it will say this card is good but you should really go for card X. You then take a look at the reviews for that card and eventually you find out that for the money there isnt that much difference between the two, then just go by cost. With my limited knowledge i know some of the 512 geforce gt's actually arent as good as some of the 256 ati cards (wwell one of them from what ive seen). But it depends on what you are going to be running. Take a look earlier in this thread and poopipe said about cad etc needing all the available memory it can get so you would need a 512mb over a 256mb. Also when looking at nvidia shit.. the cards are actually made by different people. So you can have the same for example geforce 7950 gt but prices will range by like £40 due to different people making the cards and different fans on them etc. Example of type of review shit you find: http://www.3davenue.com/hwpics/NV7950GT/be...arks/quake4.gif From that the gt is better so numbers going up on the card name seem to = better.
