Steve i have nothing against you. But at the time there seemed to be endless amount of people loving your pads for the wrong reasons and i felt you werent getting any negative feedback at all. How are you supposed to produce good pads if all you get is people saying "they are amazing blah blah blah" then you read the pad review thread and see they run your pads with tar. You ended up making batch after batch of prototype pads which have eventually landed where? coust pads in alu backings?. I feel that if you were given some more criticism back in the day then maybe we would all be running a decent batch of heatsink pads right now instead of everyone pussyfooting around it all in fear of hurting your feelings since you were doing it out of your own spare time.

Just this video actually.. which is the reason why i posted in the first place about the dissapointment in comparison to the old vids. Perhaps you are the one that is having the reaction since my post doesnt correlate with your views? you ride 24 and it seems since the early glasseye vids (which i watched a lot) you are moving towards the same style of riding (the 50odd second youtube vid i wont watch ever again) as in this nbr vid and so there is your reasoning to be a bit in a huff because i didnt bum nbr senseless this time around. Or perhaps i just made a giant assumption and leapt to ridiculous conclusions and infact did make personal digs like all of your posts? When did i say tap, gap, sidehop wasnt trials? i said its something im not personally in to (the whole inch pushing who can do further/higher). Id rather sit down and watch a good natural video with technical lines which requires the rider to plan more than just throw himself/herself at an object and hope for the best.

That was the shitest "trials" video i have ever seen. I would rather have sat through 3 hours of boumsongs video on repeat than watch that again. i actually really really really like that site and i have no clue why... the only thing i would ever do is switch the menu over to the right hand side instead of the left .. i kept trying to look at the pictures behind it whilst also browsing the menu. Dunno if i would still look as good.. Oh and maybe something to make the whole where to find the menu a bit easier but apart from that.. love the music lol

I think all this grind technique shite is being thought over way too much. Just get a new cutting disk and go around the rim, press harder to go deeper... lift a little to make shallower. I dont really see how a slight angle in the grind makes any difference.. mine just work no matter how i do them.

Im not staying in this country and im doing a civil engineering degree which is in shortage. The reason being why should i graduate and earn £20,000 here and get taxed up my arse until i end up with about £11,000 of it actually being mine when i can move to america.. and be treated like im actually worth something. For instance some of the reasons i have found from looking in to moving: Firstly im visa eligable since i have a masters degree and i am apart of the institute of civil engineers. So i have no worrys about sorting all that out. When i move the money i have will be doubled due to the exchange rate. The size of the houses compared to the house i own now are twice as big at the same price. For instance im selling my house for £130k which equates to around $225k a tiny house in the middle of loughborough will then turn in to a 4 bedroom house, garage, 2 bathrooms, huge everything in a nice area.. for the same price. Wages... i will start off on around £20k a year in the uk. However if i move to USA i will start off on $40k a year. But since you are in a common market thats a solid $40k which would be the same as if you were working in the uk for £40k a year since prices on everything but property is about the same. For instance my car in the uk £17k and in the usa $17k... crazy how that works out. So all in all.. whats the point in a skilled worker staying in the UK? When you can move to a country where you get welcomed for having a skill, where you are rewarded with a decent house, wage and life style where you pay for what you use (Example: NHS in uk.. i never f**kin use.. but i pay for on top of BUPA). I know for a fact this country is going down the complete shitter.. the labour government have f**ked it up completely and when conservatives do get in.. tax rates will increase to try and increase the government cash flow so they can fix all the stuff thats f**ked. This will result in everyone going "wait were worse off with conservative than labour" and then labour will be back.. to f**k the country up even more. Sorry for the tangent Oh thought i would add.. USA has been used as the example simply because thats where i am going. There are also the choices of canada, australia and new zealand who are all fast tracking visa's etc for professionals to come in to their country to work.

im with you on this, im currently deep in a group coursework (3 of us) that is worth 3 modules. We are designing an aircraft fire station for RAF waddington in lincoln its one of those sponsored project things and f**k me they expect a lot of work to be done. We did f**k all for our design ideas (46 pages of work) and everyone else did well over 100 and we got a B-.. not bad at all.. but i fear the final hand in is going to be a different story.. as its 80% of the project anyone have any idea what a thesis is?
