    my parents have done awesome although played it for like 15 years now or however long its been running. They've had 4 number about 6 times, 5 numbers 2 and 5 + bonus once (and on that same draw were 1 number off the jackpot they had like 16 and the final number was 17.. sooo close!) problem is that everytime they have won big loads of other people have as well but they had to go to the lottery hq place for the +bonus and had a photograph and everything proper bo. Most ive had is 4 = 68£ lol f**k knows how many £10's they have won..

Basically a couple days after we broke up i told her how i felt about stuff like wanting to get back with her regardless of my parents hatred towards her.. she said she thinks we should but just not right now because her head is a mess and she doesnt want to rush in to a relationship cos "you have hurt me so much by breaking up with me im scared it will happen again if we rush it" so theres me sittin around with my feelings towards her.. getting nothing back.. then after some advice from friends i start to move on.. during this time i find out that infact she didnt wanna get back with me at all. she was off f**king some bloke(s) literally the day after we broke up. Even though i was tellin her i wud get back with her n all this shit and she was like we will.. seriously i could lay her out

  14. Ive seen 60kg done by some proper small guys, i said earlier in this thread that seated military press is definitely suited to some people whilst not others. Same as leg press and leg extensions, trials riders can blast them out all day long. But can end up being shite at other stuff because you arent adapted to it. quoting a link from wikipedia says it all and the likely hood that your 2 years have involved doing an A-level in PE counts for f**k all im afraid. Get on some real sites where people know what they are talking about. Im much more inclined to trust Christian Thibaudeau about overtraining than a few wikipedia links.. after all he does train olympic athletes day in and day out and transformed his own body from a 200lb tub of lard to a 230lb giant muscle.
  15. how long does your huge work out take? you are doing way too many exercises. Hence why i will agree with trials punk, overtraining for the average gym go-er is complete bullshit and should not even enter this thread. Simply training when you have muscle soreness is NOT overtraining.
  16. legs only worked on their own? lol its a well known fact that split body work outs are only necessary for the huge guys in the gym that are training for comps etc. The best form of training for anyone just starting out is full body work outs 3 or 4 times a week with different exercises on different days and cycled. If you start doing chest / biceps etc days you end up training them once a week .. who grows from hitting something once a week? Look at olympic ice skaters (speed ones) quads the size of most peoples waists, purely because they train day in day out hitting the same muscles every day. Your body adapts to extra volume .. take a look at cross country bikers.. another well adapted body do they stop working their legs? dont think so. Muelio, i posted chad waterburys programs on here in a previous post couple weeks back. Look for it and open up triple total training, do that for a month and come back with some results. I too got dragged in to the chest/back etc days and it did f**k all for me. I did my research and looked in to total body training and i wud never look back. Even at the piece of shit gym i go to now i train all my major muscle groups simply because if you want to change your body, working one group out once a week wont cut it, fact. You can blast your legs till you cant walk down or up stairs on your "leg day" but within 2 days your fresh again.. infact i will guarantee you will feel like you arent working them enough later on in the week. Thats when people start to add more and more exercises to their "chest" days etc their work outs end up being nearly 2 hours long just so they get the pump and feel destroyed for a few days longer. There is no need! Im not saying little and often on some random german volume training program i did with a friend we were doing insanely stupid amounts of squats (10x3 , 6x4, 8x3 reps/sets) 3 times a week, it turned in to a sick love for the pain of doing squats your legs on off days began to no longer feel sore they felt like they wanted to rip out of your skin and start lifting dumbells on their own (ok i got far too in to that). But basically yea.. get on a full body program, hit your major muscle groups with variations of compound lifts e.g: Monday Incline bench Weds: Flat bench Friday Dips Already you have hit your triceps 3 times a week twice minor once major, your chest twice major once minor. Its simple, i know you can even make your own program using chads excel sheet he gives u the rep range/the suggested days, you just pick the coded exercises. So if you hate one exercise which trains muscle group A, then you can just pick another exercise that does the same thing but u like more.

  21. never under stood why people live by this protein straight after a work out quick rush home style. If your body needs protein its going to need it all day long.. it doesnt suddenly just go.. oo my 15 mins are up better not take any more of that shit in. Meh guesse ijust read things with a pinch of salt.Whilst were on the subject yeap creatine works.. but at the same time i couldnt be bothered using ti in the end, the gains i got from it were pretty much completely fake once i stopped using it my weights slumped back to near enough where they were before. Also makes u dehydrated like a mother f**ker so expect to put on a extra couple of kg in weight from the amount of water retention you will have in your body.
