admittedly the resolution is bad if you dont adjust the monitors res, the laptop i got runs at 1064 * 1050? anyway thats pretty high so of course things wont look scaled properly on the flat screen tv when i drag them from one setup to the other unless i reduce the laptop to 1024*768 and have them both running the same res but if you watch a movie from your pc it looks just as if you were watching it from a tv/dvd player as long as the quality of the film is good ( when you full screen it fills the whole screen all proper etc) but really i was just thinking about all the connections in the back of my flat screen its got everything you need (scart, s video, antenna,audio etc) where as most flat screen monitors i've come across dont crap sentence bollox .... ignore the start of that i thought u wanted to use it partially for a monitor too

mine is a logic 14" i beleive im at home at the moment and cant remember too well although i hate currys they were and still are doing some alright deals

oooo 5.1 my dvd got surround sound but i cant get it hooked up to my laptop cos it uses GAY GAY GAY... GAY connectors it would be soooooo good to have it work all together :mellow:

hey dude, how about this.... buy a flat screen tv for 200£ yes i know a bit steep but i got one in christmas sale at currys for £130 which was amazing, i then used a S-video cable to connect my laptop to the tv (extended desktop etc) , the laptop audio is connected to my stereo for better sound quality. Then from the tv i have a dvd player running which then has a freeview box running from that, im taking my playstation up to uni so i can just wack that in to the back of the tv antenna. So in short.. you could have everything running from just buying the flat screen tv instead of having to buy a tv card and screen etc

once again ma uni is GAY its been banned already along with every p2p program ever... back to the dark ages of paying for stuff

works for me at the moment you running ie or firefox? because firefox can sometimes screw up menu's etc but anyway yea howies deffo the best

in my eyes i think onza have done a great job here, no frame is set for production but hence the prototypeness of it all, each frame has something innovative about it so whats the problem? they are only basic designs. Just like the whole coust thing had some innovative ideas, but people still seem to think that onza know nothing about their designs when they clearly do.

i heard a long time ago that there were laws in japan or china in certain parts that said a couple could only have one child or something to slow down the rate in which the population was increasing, im not saying this should be done in some third world countries but like what has been said its not fair on the children. Getting up the duff having a kid and then letting it sit there all day covered in flies is no life for anyone so why bother?

to be honest in some cases it cant even be seen as a disaster, there are people there from different tribal backgrounds that hated eachother up until the tsunami now they get along because its the only way they can survive, in some ways it has done good by bringing people together...

it is true as i said before too many do gooders that worry about other peopler rather than themselves.. donating 50 mill to this disaster and then they all wonder why the nhs has gone up the duff let america donate our share weve been their butt monkeys for long enough now
