Say you can only get one full revolution of your cranks, up hill in mud and leaves due to no space for long run ups etc, or even less than a full revolution. Doing it straight would be a absolute arse since you put so much power down on the last kick your likely just want to spin out where as a tap you just try and get your speed (its hard to explain its just a lot more of a fluid motion), hit the front and it converts the forward momentum to upwards. Basically.. its useful in so many situations where pedalling constantly is a must and you need explosiveness with minimal speed. On street its just means you can get higher with less effort, but on natural i feel its more to do with everything i said above. Correct me if im wrong, which im sure someone will be glad to do (Y)

In some ways i think uni may even be easier to cheat the system with, definintely at first year unsure about other years. But lecturers are damn lazy when it comes to the exams ( its not like they want to be sat with you there for an extra year re-taking if they can help it) so id say about 80% of a paper has the same questions in as year before but with different values. Then the last 20% is some newer stuff to seperate the good people from the amazing. Theres absolutely no reason to shit it over your gcse's A levels are more important at the end of the day so as long as you make it to college or 6th form you've done good enough.

Learn to pass exams: You require - 1 pencil 1 rubber 1 calculator as many past exam papers as you can possibly find for each subject, along with their corresponding text books. Sit and do an exam paper at a time or half a paper at a time. Do each question checking your answers if you get it right move on, if not write notes on it then re try and carry on after that. Works for me EVERYTIME. Its not the hours.. its the exam papers. Dont even time yourself

Correct spokes are IMPERATIVE if you want a round wheel that you can actually lace and true and ride on. Why dont you build your own wheels? then you know yourself its a good wheel build if you sit there for 3 hours doing it (rough estimate on your first build ever time). Its not hard... have faith in your self and save some money.

mine has them and they aren't stress marks (of course i cant prove this without a pic), but on mine its where the aluminium has been welded and caused the stringy/creased stress mark like looks due to the heat.

there is a water based astro turf pitch, which is literally as it says astro turf.. with water so it doesnt burn. theres also a rubber crumb pitch... which is like synthetic grass stuff, sept non plastic and you can use football boots etc on it. Infact i dont get how it works but it does. i havent found it claustrophobic one bit being in halls.
