no.. the material has like pinholes in.. so the air gets to your feet... koxx shoes are very breathable after a week of riding in them because they are full of f**king holes !!!

the ankle support is made of foam on ribo's so you dont notice it at all there is a big foam sock inside.. so f**kin comfy
