you can ride anywhere but the sections... your welcome to take your bike and watch.. and you can ride anywhere you like when the compeitition has finished and the sections have been pulled up :D.. come along.. will get to see all us black route riders kill ourselves.. haha !

onza vp pedals are probably your best bet for that money.. really cheap and light... i would personally save more money and get the hognesiums... but yeah.. onza vp's from supercycles

gt85 works well.... or i use an airline... the air expands the grip and it slides on.. stop the air flow and it wont move for shizzle

i dont do running... tightens up your calf muscles.... xc is your best bet (Y).. 20 miles on that in the morning and your sorted... you will notice so much difference on your trials bike too..
