Broke my hand a month or so back, i've had wires in it and everything, they've been taken out. Its been a week since ive had my wires out, i can't close a full fist because my little finger won't make it the whole way, but it doesn't hurt to pull my handle bar at all. Its when i put weight down on the handle bar is when it hurts, it absoloutely wrecks. I'm thinking its loss of muscle rarther than trauma? Does anybody know anyway to get me riding faster? i wanna ride this weekend. P.S I've lost my muscle on my forearm and around my wrist (mostly the wrist) if it helps.

If you prefer mod just buy a mod, theres no point in asking, because in the end if you get a mod you'll love it or in the end if you get a stock you'll think "i sure as hell wish i'd of got a mod". Just buy what you feel most comfortable on.

I can't get the G sport set, as i have 10mm forks. Doubt i'd of got them anyway, i'll probs get the prolite pro's, should be able get them within 3 weeks as well

What i think pro is, is someone who can make a living from riding, with no other job to support them, so lets face it there are hardly any pro's in trials.

link. So how come it give me options of what types of BB to pick? Surely if i don't pick the right one (which is mid) then the axel that comes with the cranks (the one that goes through the BB (i hope i have this right)) just won't fit properly, and nothing will work.

Ok good news for all, this should be my last question (until something goes tits up once its all built up). Could somebody please recomend me some cranks, they must fit a mid BB? Looking to spend around £90 But as usual if the cranks are worth the extra money, i'm willing to pay. Cheers in advance.

sounds good, Also i'd like a gearing that i can get a fair amount of speed with, but not so hard so that when i try to start pedaling im forcing all my weight onto the drive side pedal. Any reccomendations on the gear ratio guys?

you've just made a long winded explanation of what i just said. He said his phone is a D600, so when you save a number, you put in the name of the contact, then click ok, it'll ask you where you want to save it, and its always set on 'save contact to phone'. But meh, stick it in, hope for the best.

looks like a big arse cheese grater to me.

it can be rewarding to ride by yourself, no one to nag you to do stuff, you can ride at your own pace etc. Plus look at some of the natty over there even i like it! I'm pretty sure you could get a ride going as well (same as you would here) just hop on a train for 45 mins and then have a nice sesh.
