Whenever i download a video no matter how small or large the file maybe, everything goes gayed up and just really slow, i can't browse any websites, alls i can do is chat on msn and open music, nothing else will run at a reasonable speed. Give me two seconds and i'll go into task manager to illustrate my point. EDIT: Its working now, but i know it'll go funny again ( it always does it) Basically if i look at the process's tab on my task manager the 'cpu' will be at 99. Then if i click the 'performance' tab the cpu usage will be at 100% I'm really puzzled on this and i havn't the slightest. Could anybody shed some light?

Well i'm finally getting around to buying a helmet, i slap myself on the wrist for not buying on in the first place. Anyway, i'm going to be buying a Giro, as i know these are proven good helmets judging by the amount of riders that use them. I don't want to spend shed loads on one, but obviously i'll be spending enough to be getting a decent one. I also realise there are numerous topics about helmets, but non which answer my question specifically. Are there any giro (XC type) helmets i need to avoid? P.S I've been looking at this Giro Havoc 2006 Is this a decent helmet? or should i spend my money buying something else? I have around £90 but i need to keep £30 for extra ammo at paint balling and i need to keep £10 for Birmingham. So i have about £50 to spend. Thanks in advance
