there's two way the neat and tidy way is to get abit of threaded bar with a nut on one end then a rather big washer what will fit over the bearing cup's then the opposite on the other side then tighten the nuts so that then it will pust the bearing cups in to the frame, it takes a wile but it costs basically nothing and it doesn't scratch anything/ damage anything but then again theres the other way which people have been saying hammer and a bit of wood, does the job but not the best of ways.. hope ive helped.. marc

mine was a saracen x-ile (not even a proper trials frame) with pashley forks, rear hope c2, front vee, both alex rims, clubroost stem, cheap head set, some no name bars, ect.. back then it rode ace, but when i think back it rode like a pile of sh**e. marc

yep you heard me rite.. most/alot of novas aint chavvy.. the ones with the kits yea but the standard gsi's,gte's,sri's,sr's, ect are ace cars.. fairly quick too

we asked for pics of the car smashed up from the begining of this topic.. no offence to anyone but if he can take pics of it before it was smashed up why cant he take them now.. something fishy going on here.. paralyzed at 45 mph?? and if you drive below speed limits like you say you do surly you would have seen the imigrants and therefore braked?? something funny about it when you read the whole lot..

most chavs in our town are good people if we are ok with te=hem there ok with us.. simple really..

well most insurance companys you would stil be able to claim for the damage too your car thats what insurance is for.. i would take it further.. to a solicitor and see where you stand beacuse im sure you should get paid out, i understand how much works gone in to the car also as im doing vehicle bodyn repair (vbr) at collage.. i understand theres a fair few bob in it too.. hope y'all get through it..

no offence or anything but i think that car is basically over the top (ott) it looks crap to put it bluntly.. i would rather spend that so called 19k on your car performance wise.. you could have got a gti (if that wasn't) and if there was insurance problems (too dear) you could have put enogh money to insurance.. i bet it will soon be on www.barryboys.co.uk lol... :turned: (Y) if i spent 19k on my car i would at least thought about going fully comp... then you have no problems and i'd of told my insurance company about all the mods ect.

:turned: (Y) i have a non grind and i use standard kool stops and there ace i rate them ove heatsinks at the moment ive got heatsinks on the front and my kool stops are way better :P :P some people think im mad but there just ace people who i know on here would back me up they just seem too lock with little tar aswell.. go ahead kool stops.. lol :D :P
