what a day! just got home did some wiked stuff and met some awesome people! england lost and to top it off matt told everybody i was portugese and most of you beleived him ! just had to ride 16 mile to get home cause we missed the las train from notts so we had to ride home Awesome day.

Its actually very good, the best thing i find to bleed a brake with is spinal fluid, obviousely its extremely hard to aquire but the easiest way to do it is to go out with a hammer and find a cat, usually a cat will be enough for a pair of maguras just remove its spine with a ordinary kitchen knife and squize the fluid into a cup, and your good to go, feels awesome. al never go back im lying btw.

Lever imo not being one of them. To be honest though craigs arms arent exactly tree trunks, there are alot people physically bigger then him riding a bike and therfore are guna put more stress pulling the brake lever than he does

i had the new mod koxx rim, was really good not as good as other rims for strength (echo cnc etc) but compared to other wide rims its easily the best out at the minute, couldnt dent it with one grind, my brake was pretty decent too to say it was a koxx rim held a grind decently id use another if i wanted too, ended up denting it a few times but its the first rim ive had that i havent managed to snap after 3 grinds really coool

get the pallet, tilt it so ur backwheel has to go further to land on it, tilt it quite abit then as you tuk your bike will be diagnonl but the other way your front wheel will be at the edge and start putting it slowly normal. Or start infront of the crate like your goin to backwheel it then in one kick turn and go straight up from the backwheel so, use one kick to turn you to your side and get on the backwhel and your other kick to jump. both of them force you to do it right, if you dont then youll just fall off

I was thinking chai lipped off the curb and went straight upto backwheel lol well spotted mark think it is a hook, still big!
