You could try it on flat first, just to get used to it a bit more... Try putting yourself in an awquard position while doing a wheelswap on the ground, and try to get out of it... Yeah I agree with "TheMunn", before I had an old XT BB which was only 110 and my echo ring rubbed on my frame, I bought a 127.5 neco bb from selectbikes and it is fine If it doesn't fit you can grind the tabs on your freewheel
