  1. Yer tis the wrong way up, but until I get a chain tool that is big enough for it I can't do it any other way I got the stickers from selectbikes... And they gave me more stickers too (sb ones of course) Cheers everyone, Nathan EDIT: Do you get less chain jumps with it the other way up?
  2. Yer it does man, real nice monty though... Why did you sell that pitbull Or I suppose the question should be, why didn't you sell it to me Keep 'em comin! Nathan
  3. Mmmm, mine seem to have tacky annoying graphics all over the side, is that because its a 2.3? Nathan
  4. The rise is +15mm I think... And the C2 is totally knackered but somehow still works... EDIT: If you service the ol' C2's, are they any better? Nathan
  5. That's what I'm confuzzled about... What are they? Nathan
  6. Got annoyed with my bike being boring so added new stickers, and got a new chain while I was at it... Next task is new qr's, either some red hope ones or some cheapo ones sprayed green and spraying my headset spacers Nathan Comments most welcome

  8. Just wondering if anyone has, or has heard anything of the Norwich video... It was soo funny to make and wasn't too bad either... I appreciate the filming needed a little editing but wanted to know if it was in progress... Cheers to everyone involved, Nathan
  9. Nice vid mate, some good powerrrrr in there! That bail at the end looked like it hurt... Nathan
  10. I don't like the ashton as much, the old skool giant is nuts, and the raven is lush Nathan
  11. Yeah, a jubilee clip would work, otherwise (I assume you're getting a new lever) try either finding somewhere to cable tie it REALLY TIGHT or drill a hole through it and cable tie it... Probably a stupid suggestion but the ol' tie raps seem to work wonders for most problems... Good luck, Nathan
  12. Cheers everyone I have adjusted the bodge so that the pistons are only adjusted about 2mm each side Seems to be working fine now, was riding well earlier Thanks again, especially you JT Nathan

That's cheap as chips Good choice but better be careful with the stem, bars etc... I'd buy it Nathan
  14. Yeah my bodge pushes the tpa in way too far but I figured that would be alright, it should be fine once I get my new tpa bolt then... I will nip up to costmill and do my bodge again tonight, and not glue the nut onto the bolt too far Thanks ever so much guys, Nathan
  15. I have already lubed them up with WD40... Nathan
  16. Just thought this would give us a chance do decide on the nicest bike on the forum... One of the nicest I've seen is this Revell; http://www.trials-forum.co.uk/forum/index....showtopic=76060 Fill the thread! Nathan
  17. I did think that, I'll get a quote from Halfords or summit (don't like bleeding it myself) Cheers mate, Nathan
  18. "She" is a beut! Don't like the top tube though... Does it feel stroooong? And what's up with the cranks? I'll have 'em Nathan
  19. I tried searching but couldn't find anything specific to this problem... Well firstly I have just this morning gave my brake a bit of a service, cleaned pistons out, lubed everything up etc... I have recently had to bodge my 05 maggie with a nut and bolt (instead of the tpa bolt) and it works ok... But for some stupid reason one piston is always hugging the rim and the other is miles away... In other words they do not adjust evenly... No matter what I do the whole thing just messes up... I am getting a new tpa bolt from my dad's friend today I think, but I really don't think that's the problem... Not only that, if I somehow manage to set it up as well as possible, it will swap around and the other side will hug the rim... I really do not know what is going on, if someone could help me and I would much appreciate it Cheers, Nathan
  20. Doesn't it normally hit you in the special area, not the knee? Nathan
  21. "Hopping sideways" is a completely separate definition to "sidehop" I learned the technique first off from both wheels... 1. Learn to static hop (a bunny hop with pedals) 2. Learn to do it with sideways motion (on flat) 3. Learn to do it up curbs or small walls (tuck to the side slightly) 4. If you want learn it from back wheel (easier to learn on bigger stuff) Hope this helps, did for me, Nathan
  22. I second that... What stem is that looks like my big red old one, only black... Nathan
  23. Wicked ride - Like the colours, bit bleak at the back though (for colours I mean) But then that comment was from someone with a purely black and silver bike, with champagne bars and red bb cups Nathan
  24. Looking VERY sexual dude... How does that avid ride? Modulation etc. Nathan
