I can manual and wheelie my XC bike, can't manual for 5 seconds on my trials bike, but I can wheelie okay on it but it gets tiring really fast.

They're great (by that i mean damn well better than koxx rims...) they hold grinds for aaaages (then again, compared to koxx rims but whatever) 21 grinds so far and only 4 dents in the rim (which have been fixed with an adjustable spanner). Ooh and also there's a lot of braking area so setting up brakes is a bit easier and flatspots (little ones anyway..) don't make any difference to the braking, aaaand they're pretty light! Get one. Edit: there is a downside though, they're a bit thin (38 mm or summat) so I had to push the maggy calipers right in which resulted in the rear brake being a right biatch to set up, but yeah that's with a pitbull (supidly wide frame) but I see you have T-rex which is basically the same...

I have some on my XC frame, hayes mx-3 or something anyway yeah they're great, best mechanical disk brake i've used EVER. Nice and sharp if you set them up correctly and they're properly bedded in and lots of hold and I only had a 160 rotor. 'neway take a look at what it did to my XC frame... :P (TWICE! as in two different frames aswell :S )
