We do that in winter with sledges. (Y) But you've just got unmatched style in a mini car.

Best way to grind is to put the wheel in a vice and use the edge of the disk and sweep in small sections of about 15cm over and over again till the whole rim is done. I would say that you get from 10~15 grinds out of the average wheel, before it's really thin. Maybe you could also invest in some new pads because kool stops aren't the best by far...maybe you should try Koxx bloxx or heatsinks. Grind really is the way to go.

Pads: Zoo pads Time used: 3 months Rim used: Echo cnc'd Grind: very light, then tar, then medium grind Brake used: 05 Magura, 4bolt mounts, no booster. I would say get the old ones, because they can't have made too many modifications on such good forks. And you'll be able to ride quicker, and the new ones are a bit expensive compared to the old ones.

Will the aztec rotor work? Because I thought I heard something about hope brakes and wavy rotors not being compatible. And also, would 200mm be worth the money or a bit overkill?

Good morning, people! I currently have a hope mono trial with a 160mm rotor, and I would like a bit more power out of my front brake than what I have at the moment. So first I wanted to know if this and this would be compatible with my brake, and secondly if you guys think that a 185mm rotor will provide a significant amount more braking power, or should I go straight up and get the 205mm rotor? And also if the fact that having a bigger disk will be less harsh on my disk tabs? Thanks.
