wha... anyhow after riding my crappy 24" zebber for a couple of months, which was the worse bike for sidehop up ever (so i didn't bother) . I got on my leeson and couldn't sidehop for shit, I mean really crap struggled to do wheel height, it was really bizarre. sidehop gaps are more fun than ups though ...

try avg anti virus works well for me! google it, there is a free home use edition knocking around somewhere.

yeah it would be absolutely perfect like that, but nevermind, still looks sweet! after riding natty yesterday, it certainly rides better on the mean street of leeds its so much fun to ride. absolutely loving it! and the dent in the downtube and other two in the top tube you can't see on that pic. got some new pedals, tires and and rear rim coming soon for it... ta for the comments.

thanks for all the advice guys, i went to see the docs today for something else, but asked about my knees while i was there (no harm in doing so) and he couldn't see anything wrong, but reccomeded me to a physio to check me over so got an appointment been trying to stretch and warm up too, anyone got a link to a site with good stretches on? i wanna make sure i am doing ones that will actually help. starting taking cod liver oil and gluc sulphate and will keep you updated dude. no lumps so its not that ...

Had a look at this months mbuk, pretty good for trials stuff this month really - ashton (also a pic of him doing a tailwhip ont justice) riding paris with chopper, danny holyrod interview, big ryan leech interview and the news that ashton is joining forces with Orange (mbuk got that bit of news before tinternet ) Could trials be getting more exposure again, guess we will see.

basically my cpu gets to 60 degree and then crashes. I have a heatsink and an exhaust fitting, should I.. a ) f**ked, new cpu (and motherboard maybe) time b ) worth fitting a new bigger heatsink and exhaust c ) something else d ) sod it and put up with it

I wear etnies rooftop (brand new off ebay £30) which is a proper bmx shoe and is very comfortable, grippy and offers ankle support! Trial shoes are good and imo ribo are the best, but a good bmx shoe are cheaper, look better, better made (than some trials shoe) and just as good. I just can't justify £90 for a set of ribos.
