first day of roadtrip last year, got to campsite at 10pm rode the campsite for a bit :)" and put up tents at middnight went for a ride in port talbot (i think) till 2:30am, food at all night asda slept for a bit and messed about at campsite till abot 6/7am back to asda for breakfast road prothcawl from about 8 am till 10pm was fun :) went on some llllooonnnggg leeds rides last summer to 10am till midnight, good times. mike

but if they left farmer alone most would be out of business, but thats another matter all together and irrelavent to this one, so lets not get sucked into that!!! I will be signing the petition, but thats mainly because i don't want to see the end of trials comps and motorsports in this country! mike EDIT yeah horseriding, i have an abject hate of horseriders, ever since a loads back from where my parents live try to get mountain bikers banned from bridleways (Y) yeah surely the land used for motorsports is either too rocky to grow crops, you can't grow crops on addingham moorside :- or generally to uneven for crop growage. maybe this will affect sounthers more than us northerner as its mainly sheep/cows up here because the land generally isn't flat enough or good enough to grow crops. mike

isn't it because the government pay farmers not to use the land (to stop them porducing too much crop) and they don't want the farmers making extra money from the land they are paying them to do nothing with... or have i got the wrong end of the stick mike

either go for a curtis or leeson, who both should be able to make what you want! or off the shelf, a giant STP mike

aaahhh man penroth is my old stomping ground. the castle is ace to ride and ullswater school has some decent stuff too. yeah nice stuff in penrith! i will be up soon again though (next couple of months) we should ride then to! mike

yeah but with four cross i can use decent DT double butted spokes, instead of three cross and using crappy billys spokes (Y)

Hey dudes Gonna be building a new front wheel up this week (with the help of kev) and to get decent spokes. I have had to go for four cross! now we can build a three cross wheel no probs, but neither of us have done a four cross one before is it literally just a case of going one hole further over or is there anything random i have to watch out for (Y) mike

what half link are you running? I have a interlock chain to put on my new bike, because i just want to try them out, i dunno if it will be any good or not. If its crap will go back to a kool or try the collapse chain mike

I can see you ride a zoo pitbull, if its long and low its gonna be a lot harder to just pull up, try doing half a pedal stroke to set yourself off. its possible to manual anybike its all about the balance point, but the lower and more stretched out you are the harder it is to pull up :P mike
