  1. exactly its not a ban on hoodies, just some shopping centres banning people wearing there hoods up indoors. The only people that will affect in leeds are chavs and emokids. they did a trial in manchester (dunno which shopping centre) and the number of people shopping increased. Don't blame them if you ask me. mike

    Some Pics

:D :D ok, a bit of a random reason. Surely his gf would want to see him wearing a helmet, unless of course, he wanted to appear 'cool' in front of her (Y) anyhow....nice pics, looks like you have a decent place to ride :D mike
  3. Right, how did this become so popular i have never heard anyone with the crazyfrog ringtone and everybody i know and have met absolutely hate it. Is it just popular in a certain area of the country. The guy has made millions from it and I saw an advert for it after the ITV news, before Emmerdale. Who are they appealling too advertsing then, the older middleaged+ generations. I was in a electrical shop the other week and in the TV bit and that advert came on every TV (100+). it was hell. Mike P.S when it first came out, it used to not have its knob covered up (Y) then all of a sudden the black strip came
  4. They are about as grippy as a hot s. They last forever though, my first lasted over a year. Mike
  5. haha...will we stop ripping rossi about forks... ..nah I would be interested in seeing pics? Mike P.S Tim get on MSN you tart
  6. lol we don't have much choice
  7. yeah its pretty fooked up, a mum at twelve :) i love the fact that the dads don't give a f**k either, well as far as we can tell. yeah its annoying when people like myself and otheres work and getting f**k all money and people do nothing and get more a week. that said my mate was unemployed for a while and only got £100 a week in total, when you consider he had to pay £50 rent a week + bills and live of it. so it isn't just a case of going on benfits and rake it in. mike
  8. me >_< though that was when they first came out. I wouldn't pay £300 for one now though. mike
  9. cross foot backhops.....sweet! nice one, some cool riding! Mike
  10. yeah i have given it a try a couple of times but had to do it to back pedal to - didn't really work. Need to do it to front pedal but i am a spaz sidehopping to the right :( mike
  11. really good video dude! lots of varied riding! good work keep it up dude. is that kenny i can here in the background of when you had the mod wheel in? mike
  12. that was cool - my favorite bit was when it said video to come soon! Can't wait :( so who is trying that sidehop to pedal thingy next time they go riding - new tf craze ;) he riding is crazy though! mike EDIT: just noticed - all manifesto style, not one god damn set up hop :(
  13. I don't ride a vinco, but my mate kev does and as ride with him loads I have noticed how it has affected his riding (and obvisously I talk to him about it)! He has gone from a 1080/1090 levelboss Replaces (front wheel on a object and replace to back wheel) - better, this is mainly down to the length and high bb, but he has them dialled now and can just hop on to something and instantly replace. Gaps - Indifferent his gaps don't seem to have been affected now he is used to it, he spent the first two weeks just falling off the back when he landed gaps! He says its a slightly different technique he uses, because if you kick really hard it just flips out on you! Pedals Gaps - It seems to have improved his rolling gaps no end, he was good at them, but it rolls loads better (in general) than his levelboss, in fact he can manual it as well...haha Taps - got worse, really finding these difficult to get back to the same height as the level boss, but at same time due to the length he can roll up stuff i have to hop up :( Sidehops - he has never really been a sidehopper, he has improved though, but honestly can't tell if its down to the bike or not. but as he says, this bike belongs on natural Mike
  14. Hello I am hoping you guys can offer some free impartial advice :P I am wanting a digital camera, but I am not skint as such, but I am on a definate budget, but the less I spend the better ^_^ I mainly want it for when I go out, taking photos at gigs(because its expensive doing this with a film camera because most of the photos are poop) so i want a flash and just for taking random photos and stuff. I want something fairly compactsized, not super small though, but not massively bulky! not fussed about any video features either, i have a video camera for that. And the budget well I would say £120 max! Heres what I have seen at the moment. kodak easyshare nikon coolpix 2200 - maybe would like 3mp minimum thanks mike
  15. gotta agree with that. Great vid dude, you fall off lots, possibly more than me. Great to see a you pushing yourself and you get better everytime I see you. Good work :P Mike Get your fatass up to leeds ^_^

  19. Currently i have bruised my lower back really badly, after two falls! Some times I get golfballed sized lumps on myself, if I slam hard, but not eveytime. No idea why, been told to go to a doctor by friends. I have rolled my ankles a couple of times, never broken them or owt. My wrist occasinally hurt a little and so do my fingers. Knees are shot too, after long ride the next day they will hurt when going up stairs . Mike Edit: oh yeah forgot about my heel too. If I land on that a bit wrong its very painful ever since I cockup a 360 outta a flatbank a couple of months ago.
  20. I have done 6 pallet before, however high that is! Was trying one a couple of inches above my bar height (no idea how high my bars are) at the weekend, but I kept taking my foot off for some reason :turned: but I know I can get it, and also felt I could go higher, just gotta learn to keep that foot on hahaha this is on 24" btw mike
  21. Rodney Mullen is awesome, thats such a great video. His style is so different to loads of other skaters, he is a total control and thats amazing to watch. I am/was always Rodney Mullen in the THPS games :"> haha On the subject of the trials equivalent, all these names have been mentioned! Boon, Jon & Tim all great too watch, great riders and cool guys and I have tons of respect for them all, but I honestly cannot believe that no one has mentioned the awesome Mr Ryan Leech :turned: He invented a whole damn style of trials and its fair to say that most street trials riders are inspired by him. I know I am! Leech is god IMO. Rock On Mike
  22. nah dude I have wireless controllers for my megadrive  though i am sure these are a bit better. damn so its not called the x-box 2 then, got that question wrong in last night pub quiz. Still won though :P haha It looks like its gonna be pretty funky and powerful, but I can't see myself buying one. just don't play computer games as much any more. Although i wanna have a go on one. mike
  23. Timbo, hahaha you phat barsteward. Could easily be a rushed putting together of the chain known you. Plus I have found that kmc's don't like being taken apart and put together too often, as you know that one fell aprt on me  you could try the khe collapse chain from tartybikes and numerous bmx sites like alans bmx and custom riders. Its designed to be run with 9T bmx cogs and is meant to be stronger than the kool too or an interlock? Mike p.s. my lump has gone down a bit
  24. would say my aims are... To stop falling off and getting golf ball sized lumps on my body  To have fun To get better and push myself To ride as many different/random/odd places on my bike Mike
