I have the following geo for my Leeson: Cstays – 380mm - this is standard on Ashton, Leeson and Curtis so is pretty much dialled Wheelbase – 1030mm Headangle – 74 degrees - an inch tighter than the Ashton and Curtis Standard, make the steering a bit quicker and also makes the bike better on the the front wheel. BB - +25mm – a bit of bb rise is good to give extra clearance, due to the smaller wheels. Make sure you put a extra 25mm of spacer on your headtube to compensate for the bb rise. The leeson comes with a 120mm steerer tube, which makes the bike look a bit cleaner as you don’t have to put as many spacers in. I had a go on a 1000 wb leeson at the weekend and it was uber spinny and flicky, but it was still decent on the back wheel, the guy that rides it though is around 5’7’’ and you are quite tall so maybe something around 1020 with a 73 degree headangle will be good of park stuff. I haven’t watch your vid yet, will do later.and make any new comments that my or may not arise. mike

I do wear shinpads now, need some lighter/less sweaty ones for summer though. I did that riding into town to meet people :D after about half an hour I could feel the blood running down my leg and I pulled my trouser up and I thought it was my knee :D mike

those cranks look like they will be good (Y) I think i will be getting some once my normal tensile go (they are a bit bent :"> ) - not a complaint, its my own doing. Will they be ffw compatable. I hope so and the mech save is a good idea (though you can just use a homemade steel hanger/strengthening plate too) Mike

new saracen stocks are pretty decent - the frame is the same on all off them and the price just reflects the conponent set. Avoid the saracen mod though! The other option is onza really. This is by far your best option for buying a second hand trials bike online...sorry

I think your best bet is american 'low rider' shops/companies. find out who makes rims from them and see if you can find the uk importer (if there is one). Other than that, you may have to look into getting normal 26" rims chromed - lok at fancy car mod shops for that :- mike
