  1. I am a fan of odyessy linear slic cable! i think it works really well, smooth and stiff and cheap Avid Flakjacket, xtr, clarks are all decent expecially with a generous amount of gt85 mike
  2. pretty much custom, but i don't think he can/will go any longer than 1050/1060 not sure, jon pace on here had the longer leeson ever made i believe. frames start at just over £400 it would be very interesting to ride a short 24" with a higher bb, but like you said you don't have the money to experiment so i would stick to something fairly standard. mike
  3. The stickers are horrid and CLS don't ride for zoo any more, so thats two resons to take them off
  4. an old seatbelt ??? though, fairly thick and flexable
  5. i was papping myself on that drop from front dropout thanks for the cool comments guys, much apprentiated mike
  6. and the same time the other newest evolution is 24" , which 90% of people do/want to run a seat. but as for stocks, i agree its just evolution it allows the sport to grow and limits to be pushed

    Leeds Ride

decent first effort dude. i prefer to hear bike noises in vids, but thats just me. some great riding, buckys nose manual over the greyblock is sweet. good to see dre out too, ain't seen him in ages. oh and looking at url - tf hosting? mike
  8. you could set the drill just on hammer
  9. ah crap couldnt come today - didn't get my shit together in time off to backcown tomoz though...
  10. good friday the 13th for matt, snapped his frame and his brake lever
  11. forks are pashleys, modified by leeson for reverse mount 24" and he is running the leeson tensioner, you can also run a mech as well, which fits in the middle hole mike
  12. it must be good shit to get that price...
  13. get the black tires because the red one don't grip... but black tires look cooler though, red ones make it look cheap
  14. i am off riding over the weekend, i will try a think more about what i am experiencing/feeling/thinking about when doing moves and try and get something down for you at the start of next week. this all sounds very interesting mike Edit: i am agreeing with krisboats its is like i become a higher version of myself, with better awareness, quicker reactions and better balanced. because i am quite clumsy off a bike. and i have become better at compueter games too like i am getting into the same 'zone' and when riding my bike. My housemates says my fingers just go nuts when playiny Tony Hawk (THUG2) and got got a 3.5million combo the other night and missed a 4+million because of greed.
  15. porter knows the truth. akkers!!!!!!! style is defined in how you do a move NOT what moves you do, you don't have to be the best rider in the world to have style!
  16. i am going to sue the council for building a wall for me to fall off on....
  17. i love both and wouldn't stop riding either, i ride mostly street with having a full time job and riding a lot in the evenings, i also have fantastic street on my doorstep, plus i like doing tricks and making stuff up. But natural is great and just as much fun, especially a summer evening with your mates I would say street edges slightly for me, but only because i like my tricks mike
  18. cutting up a womans (or mans) fun bits... so wrong... I can't remember the exact reason why they do it now though, it escapes me. those flags are really good though, very interesting!
  19. thats great news on your bike dude. Thank f**k he was gonna sell it and will/should still be in good condition and not trashed by some scally kid... but yeah get the f**ker banned from ebay
  20. me and my pops got from carlisle to newcastle in just over 1/2 hour on his motor bike once...
  21. I reckon you would probably like an echo pure - a bit longer than your px, can fit a seat only problem is they don't make them any more, but you should be able to get a second hand frame somewhere. They base ta26 is another great frame thats cheap and can fit a seat too. or if you have more cash..24" welcome back
  22. best way to watch 24 is just to sit down and watch 4 or 5 epidsodes at a time. I have all four series on dvd and love them. Me and my gf always watch it, can't get enough of the bauer...
  23. i the thing i hate most about mine is a lot of people walk round leeds, with them on their belt, showing them off as a status symbol, they probably don't even like music I don't lose sleep over it though and they will (probably) getted mugged. but at the end of the day my ipod has decent battery life (mainly because i don't use the light, which drains the f**k outta it) and plays my songs with no problems and itunes sorts my music out. Just need some new headphones because my others broke and i have to use the normal ipod ones.
  24. the ruffian mx have a extra 'bit' of grip on them, if you look very carefully at the picture
