Also is it worth doing as in how expensive is it? In terms of performance to price ratio, I don't think anything's going to beat water But its always worth looking at alternatives. to be honest as soon as you said pain + groin Id suggest going straight away. As soon as possible, check your scrote for any signs of swelling, or just oddities/lumps that could be cancerous (don't mean to scare you, but everyone apparently should be having a look every night) Probably is ligament/muscle damage though, still best to get a doctor to verify

lol, any guest looking in this thread must be thinking "geez what a bunch of engineering nerds" I wouldn't reccomend the old crank, new bb idea, but having said that I do it every time and it probably would work fine. You just might have a quicker wear rate on the ISIS splines of the crank due to the newness of the BB perhaps

I don't understand why people dont like wind farms. Also I got told by lecturer regarding the hydrogen fuel cell mentioned earlier, that the amount of energy used to make one, is a bit more than the end result. So in effect, hydrogen fuel cells are bad I think, scientists at the moment are banging their head against the walls, by researching more and more ways to achieve the impossible? As an example, the hydrogen cell I just mentioned, it would work, it can power things, but it requires more energy than it gives out so its useless. I personally dont think the answer is going to be a simple one. I have a feeling its going to come with the invention of something INCREDIBLY weird and wacky like a faeces fuel cell (or FFC for short) no im not high
