also, you could get away with lubing up the parts, and ten just wiping off quite a bit of excess. I run my eno dry as a bone and its still good. You said you took them out one at a time, did you notice the long and short pawls? have you put them back in alternate order? i.e. long, then short, then long, short etc. Is the lockring cross threaded? Other than these, I have no idea, perhaps a shard of metal is under your bearing and it isn't seated properly... I honestly think its the amount of oil youve used. But as JT said if it turns by hand, the force exerted when in useon a trials bike will be much greater, so its nothing to worry about
