lol...i remember ashton writing in MBUK a few years ago (dont ask me why) that everyone is different. Where as some people look dead ahead on a balance line, I tend to look about 2-3 feet infront of my front wheel. Some people close their eyes For gaps... I set up looking down, then about a second before I take off I look at the landing and absorb the shape of it, seeing where I can get extra grip from and how to put the bike in the right position to get that grip

Pretty easy really Take the wheel out, and remove the fun bolts + washers Pull the driver (bit with the cog on) off the axle Give the teeth a clean, ideally with a toothbrush or a rag. Remove ANY! shards/chips/swarfs of metal in there as this causes skipping! Next clean the pawls and springs (if you're that anal) with a rag and remove any shite. You can take them out by sliding them upwards and the same with the springs Then put them back in. If it helps take 3 sets out and leave one in, so you remember which way round they all go Once re-assembled, slide the driver back on and give it a gentle push+rotation to get it to sit right DONE

Worcestor and bristol have some big riders I know of.... So im pretty sure cheltenham and gloucester will too Fatmike, Matt Burrows + Time Steadman all live in worcester or Malvern. Rowan Johns and Matt berridge live in bristol dont they? Along with a lot of other mahoosive riders... Anyway Ill be back in swansea soon, so ill head over to bristol and pay a visit

I ran a 185mm BB7 on my hydroxx. It was fine Had to butcher the dropouts a bit to get it to fit but once bedded in it was sweet 203 is over kill for sure. 160 hydro is powerful, I dare say a 165 would be adequate
