  1. Im after the diameter of both the minimum + the maximum points (where there are 2 opposing recess + 2 opposing extrusions) Ive googled for the last 20 minutes and cant find it anywhere EDIT: Or just the dimension of the bit on the outside of the sprocket (the face which DOESN'T come into contact with the splines or freehub) IE the shiny smooth bit Thanks guys
  2. Need some accurate results here btw. Might be looking at designing something but I need to know if its worth it or not If you want to add any information too go ahead. This 'research' is mainly looking at gear setups of freehubs OR fixed hubs on the rear. So if you're running FFW you can still answer too Mod riders, sorry, dont answer But yeah PLEASE be helpful, not a hinderance Thanks
  3. you cant. Basically. From your poor english, I have no idea what the problem exactly is, but there are only a couple of ways out of a raped thread: Helicoil is (use the search) Drill straight through and use a nut on the other side Chemical metal Note chemical metal isn't particularly strong enough for something like brake mounts. If its the thread on a brake lever though it may be good enough. But if you want an answer, try telling the forum which threads it is that you've knackered. Depending on what it is, it may be cheaper to buy a new part

  13. awesome as per usual. Another keeper. Cant say I like any of the lines in particular because they all seemed to stand out from each other, and all were done very well Good video too, not sure about the constant black-and-white-except-for-blue effects but it was still very watchable. Good camera work from Dave too awesome bud!!!!

Its weird, but I tried a mod again and it felt well low down Im liking it so far though
  15. Nice theory joe, Could be right!! it is dying down now, still very watchable though. thoughts?
  16. I don't think landfill is part of the issue. Although its a valid point and very true, it wont be the reason to not sell them. I personally think (well I don't its very stupid all the same but it'll solve the problem) they should use the age restriction idea. That way people can still buy bikes and hardly anyone on here will be affected. Also, what about anodising frames? Does the pigment/dye contain lead or not? They might be alright

maybe this could be a sales heads up thread? Blacks/Millets is coming on Boxing day. Some TNF Prophecy paclite jackets going on sale which would do you quite nicely! Also the time to buy coats in general will be boxing day! The list is so big though, like 35 pages long

  21. BUMP.... slackers Liking it so far im glad but im wondering after they might I have to admit, its starting to annoy me a little the way that the writers are just grabbing the new plots from ...well nothing really but still a fan
  22. bump Can't believe this still isnt solved...
  23. I think so. If this is right, and you can see fork steerer poking out ABOVE your stem, then when you're clamping the top cap down, all your doing is squashing the steerer and not clamping anything. You can solve it by as said stacking it up more underneath, or trimming the steerer about 5mm. Bare in mind don't cut it too much so theres nothing for the stem to clamp onto, but you need to take enough off so that its well below the top of the stem. Take into account the thickness of the topcap itself too!
