Infact they're so groovy, you dont have to undo any pipe connecting bits at all (Y)

Yeah I laughed too Pete lol I dont see whats happening here. He landed on the downtube and broke the bike. Therefore Onza didn't make a dodgy batch? or is that me being simple? In which case you Email Onza and ask them is the bike under warranty against trials related accidents (may sound stupid but some companies dont to cover their backs) Feel free to correct me if Im wrong anyone Bleh im done

Well thanks for all the advice. I got it working now but i cheated and just put a bit of tar on the other side. It hasn't stuck to the rim yet either so (Y) lol Ill probably get some bloxx though

OK I know most of the old tricks, grinds, tar, water bleed etc. of which I've done all three My back brake still doesn't work very well !!(Y)!! I dont have a booster because I cant find one that fits my Monty X-lite. The standard magura one or the RB booster (which is the one I've always wanted ) Im running a profile hub with Koxx Try-all rim. I've got a bit of tar on one side and and a light grind on the other. The brake does stop me, but its not very "Instant" if you know what I mean. So can I have some booster suggestions and or brake enhancement suggestions please Thanking you

Well as you dont say if you want the freewheel or not Cut through the outer teeth with an angle grinder (you may want to use these bits as snazzy jewellery) Scoop out all the bearings, pawls, and springs Clamp the centre bit in a vice. Tight, but not too tight that you'll destroy the thread Turn the wheel like a bus driver When it comes loose, spin it, its wheely good fun! hehe ai voila, one wheel and one freewheel body separated

Ok heres my non trials video, not sure if it works though Karaoke No offence intended to anyone who does take offence. I dont think hes taking the p*ss imo EDIT: It does

I liked the video, it was straight to the point and no arsing around with the same clip and 5 different effects. OK now for the random question...How tall are you cos your bike made you look really small lol. No offence intended mate :- Nice video :)

Keep going, something to do. I too have f*cked my left ankle. Its ok, until I drop something over 6ft, it just feels all broken and horrible. But meh! Thats the fun of it! I did a wee bit of flatland before trials, and i was trying a no handed frame stand and the bike fell with my ankle trapped inbetween the top tube and the seat. That was the only time that I had to go to hospital, touch wood trials is safer than flatland....for me anyway lol

In my 1 year of riding, I have destoryed the following drivetrain components: 1x dicta freewheel (OK fair enough, they're poo) 3x ACS Claws 3x Chains (cheap shimano one, and 2 different KMC types) 3x Chain breaker tools and I've now just broken a shadow conspiracy interlocker chain. My mate suggested that no-one goes through this amount of equipment so I must be doing something wrong. Any suggestions? thanks

OK i understand, its just some people were asking for pictures of the wheel built up so i thought id kill two birds half a hand full of rocks by making one post here. You can move it if you want moderaters

what time is it? 9:30.... ive been working 9 hours putting together my new monty xlite (second hand from caleb, nice one d00d) why has it taken me so long? Well first of all I had to build this sexy beast Hehe anyway i put this in the frame and "oh sh*t its off centre" yeah it was rubbing against the pads so i had to re-true it more the the left and yay it was true and in centre. so i put all of it together. then noticed i didn't have enough headset stackers.....balls...."ah well ill just tighten it for now".... put the tyres on and pumped them up, got outside for the test ride front tyre was flat..... "hmmm could swear i pumped it up before" so now ive got a puncture in the front, and now top cap on my stem. Whatever keep riding, start getting on the back wheel and "clank clank clank" CHAINS GONE LOOSE!! grrrr i have no tensioners for 10mm axle So the point of this topic is to show you my new ride, my new wheel and for me to vent my tired frustration. Sorry ill post better picture tomorrow

OK the bottom line of the club is to give everyone a chance to ride trials. Now obviously the locals are more likely to turn up than the lads from liverpool, but it still means they can ride, so long as they get here: THE CLUB IS FOR ALL At the moment Im on practice exam paper 2 of 3 and im on the forum (OK i was bored and needed a distraction). Craig its understandable you're busy. Bob's busy as well etc. etc. The forum is only used to announce things to everyone when they've been confirmed. This thread was just to see who would be interested. We do need your help Craig, like we need everyone's help but not just yet :) Im going to try and phone the harbour master now and tommorrow to see if we can actually do this thing or not so until i do that theres not much anyone can do exact relax and keep this day clear of anything thank you :)
