Sorry to be dense, but are you using a FFW? If not and you really really really want to crankflip, then go for it as that would mean only the freewheel engagements and BB would cause friction, as opposed to the chain movement as well Slacken chain slightly too And I've just realised I've not answered your question at all, sorry. But hopefully the above helps you too :)

I've just bought some cheap (but blue ;) )raleigh ones and I find they're howge :P I can feel my forearms throbbing after a 20 second natural section :D I was using some koxx rubber ones which felt nice, but didn't really last very long. So suggestions to something roughly the same diameter but durable would be great Thanks

nope there is an unthreaded section in the middle. The cups haven't gone into about 10mm of the innermost thread (on the right hand side) so there is still plenty of thread left for them

OK thanks to Tartybikes I now have a zona zip frame (yay!) So i started putting it altogether put my Gigapipe BB in, and at the time of posting, I am 3 turns away from screwing the right hand side in. Only problem is its Compleltly stiff and will not budge Have I got the wrong sized bb? Im using the spacer on it (and its still 3 turns after the spacer) Confused :unsure:. please helppp

OK I read a few days ago about someone wanting a longer fork and then I came up with this. Just supposing the (fall guys?) didn't exist.... I dont know if its just my forks, but lower crowns can come off. Soo, whats stopping people taking the crown off, putting some spacers on the bottom and then putting the crown back over the top? This would in effect create the forks longer and thus higher front end :) Suggestions? or has this already been done?

Although I suggest you speak to Will Arnold hes had plenty of experiance with his louise, Could it be the type of pads? as in they're soft enough to be pushed into the holes? Just a thought, I've never had a louise lol
