Basically all it is is you want the straightest chain line possible, usually it means the shortest axle possible (unless your dropouts are 8ft apart as will says ) Im absolutly crap with bb lengths im afraid. Will Arnold says that his 118mm gigapipe JUST about clears the shell of a zoo python when using the old tensiles + an eno. You should be fine with a 118mm for the clearance side if you're using a cog. But for the love of gerald, don't quote me on that.....

OK my question is, is it possible to run a gyro on a frame that doesn't have gyro tabs welded to the frame? Im sure it is because my old bmx didn't have them, but it had this thing which went inside the headtube and gave the tabs for the frame Could anyone link me to a product which can do this? Thanks

I've never had blisters (wooot!) I have massive callouses though which admittedly + shamefully are fun to bite off every so often :$ Anyway I suggest just ride more and more to GRADUALLY build those callouses back up

Well i don't know if its any help, but Im sure someone said that it would be difficult to use just a normal tensioner on the chain because when you pedal you tighten the chain on the top and it....does something... I think maybe you need to (first of all find out what the hell im going on about) solve this problem of just a normal tensioner before working out a mech

no selling. Read the guidelines In all honesty I rode a bmx with 3 bearings missing and it still went fine. Have you checked the tightness of the spokes before you splash out on a new hub? If you're adamant its the hub, I suggest upgrading your whole drivetrain to: New cranks - maybe Tensile urban legends with a screw on 18t cog Get a profile cassette hub OR Get the new echo hub and buy a screw on 12t cog for it Im not familiar with the gear ratios on a T-bird but you should be running 18 on the front 12 on the rear or something similar

Bout £100 from ebay lol I'd get the t-bird though to be honest, so that you get used to the ways maguras work (even though I think they're hs11 on t-birds) Ebay is probably your best bet. And in future try to be a bit more descriptive in the thread title
