http://www.trials-forum.co.uk/gallery/1195..._896_309917.jpg = 1.9D http://img404.imageshack.us/img404/6327/xr...102005080oo.jpg = 1.4 Basically: Im driving my skoda still, now Im in uni, if I re-new the policy with ecar they want £1000 ish for third party only (instead of £1060 for fully comp) got no idea why, might try to shop around a bit, but I think I want something different, because the skoda's not as fun as im sure you can imagine. The 205 I want because its easy to work on, small, light and something I'd just want to drive for fun lol. The skoda's a bit sensible and I've not actually experianced owning a car thats fast. MPG is also another factor, the skoda's doing about 45mpg whereas the 205 will do (apparently) 35mpg. The skoda is IDEAL for koxx days, I really can't see comfort happening in a 205 there unless im sharing with only 1 other person lol Last point is insurance. the skoda's group 5 the 205 is group 7. Im going to have to wait until march to get my 1 year no claims bonus anyway, but the skoda is 1998, 205 is 1989 lol. Im going to be on the lookout for the *ideal* 205 if i decide to go for it, hence why im asking now. So what do you guys think. Before anyone says, I DONT want any other cars. I've looked into alot and they just dont appeal to me for one reason or another. And im sorry its not very readable, Im a tad bit hungover this morning.... Thanks guys!

That was mint! spinny and techy as usual. Nice to see ali choosing the most awkward lines possible again!

Looks good! but you sure a dark veneer will look good? Im not saying a light one will, but it looks a beast as a steel frame and not sure if itd go. Heres my mates DT project. Can you guess what it is? lol Just to give you a brief idea of the wood + steel combo. He simply drilled a hole through them both and used a nut and bolt (m6 or m7 i think, im that sad) to stick em together

text him back saying "look this isn't working, you're not the sort of guy im after, and I should probably admit that I have an sti so it wouldn't work anyway. Love xxx"

I reckon you should make a big effort to go on the next big group ride somewhere else. I have so much fun meeting new people and just comparing methods and techniques and generally just talking shit hehehe Its damn annoying i've met "the phase" a couple of times in trials but not as bad as what you're experiancing. If you persevere I found mine just went away normally and I was back on the bike soon enough Also maybe try convincing some younger kids to take it up? that way you can teach them, ride with them and they wont get as bored quickly as an older person who will always think they'll never be as good as you....

Is it worth us driving into the centre of london or parking outside and getting the train in? Can someone meet us outside of london (coming in M4 direction) and show us the way lol EDIT: just seen the map, doesn't seem that tricky. but anywhere to park?
-
no sorry will, but this is going to be james bond in ribos seriously going to be good. Anyone with a good camera going? I think that a group picture is worth a go

A wider innertube helps too. If you're innertube is too narrow, when you put air in, you're stretching the material to fit the size of the tyre and thus you're making the walls thinner as they're more stretched out. Also the above comments are just as good. Just thought I'd stick that in too

Nick your 100% wrong lol its definitly 18 because ive been over there twice and got stopped and still no issues Ill happily organise another badger days if you want. Last time went pretty well......

That sort of trip is called badger days. And me, Will Arnold, Josh Robinson and Matt Orr pioneered it sure enough it'll be happening again this year. But watch this space and we'll let you know the details and the costs. If you want some rough plans: * save about £250. You wont need all of it, but its nice to have money *JUST IN CASE* (search badger days in trials videos) * Work out how you're getting there. You'll need a driver who is 18 or over, and is insured to drive in the EU. Also if we stay in the travellodge again, the rooms have 1 bunk bed and 1 double bed....and thats the same for the 3 person sharing rooms.... you work it out * The trip will probably last a week, so people dont get homesick, but people can ride enough while we're out there * Knowledge of french is NOT essential. Infact its a lot more fun if you dont know french If you're excited, post well and behave in NMC so you get promoted to members and then when the time comes Ill post up about badger days and you will be able to reply Hope to see you there for badger days 08! Matt

again its been said before, good on you for doing well. but whether you could have helped her (like you did) or couldn't have i dont think it would make much of a difference. Seeing someone die is something quite traumatic, relative or not. You can't beat yourself up over what you did and i guess its natural to take "responsibility" for the woman because you tried to save her life. You wont be haunted all you life, but it will take time, it IS normal. But whatever you do, don't lose sight of the fact that you did the right thing and nothing more could have been done on your part.

lol.
