to be honest I find the price ($499 (£250) or $599 (£350)) is pretty dam good. When the Sony ericcson K800i came out it was £320 or £280 (around there), still an arm and a leg but for alot more than other stuff. I'll be saving up.

iPod's just work! iTunes just work! Don't see why people hate it. iTunes is the most eastiest program out there. If you tried it for 3 seconds and say its crap are shooting themself in the foot. If its physicaly broken then thats your fault? If its the actully iPod, restore it.
