Tut tut, no wonder nobody gets validated these days Why dont you try Ebay? or maybe if you have enough money, buy some brand new ones, from www.chainreactioncycles.co.uk or www.tartybikes.co.uk I think TB do them? But anyways, how are your other brakes f**ked? you might be able to fix them? they arnt f**ked unless they are snapped/cracked ect....
  2. i would, but i doubt il be able to travel that for (like 100 miles ) If you come to pick me up first, then i will But it will mean travel 54miles in the wrong direction, to double back on yourself to go to morcambe then to drop me off later on

IF you train 6 times a week, doing anyweights (going to the gym n messing about and doing all the machines you look at) then you WONT see any diffrence. you need to train one part of a muscle group properly, and hardly, before it will start to pump enough to build. BTW, muscles dont grow whilst training, they grow inbetween. So if you eat healthy (high protein meals and alike) and rest properly, then your muscles get what they need and grow

  7. Try to acheive both these at the same time If you start going to a proper gym, then try and do a set workout, abit like mine
  8. The new Heatsink reds as james said, they are fooking awsome pads. Mine have only worn around 2mm in around 7 weeks. They are ace on a dead grind, and are amazing on a sharp grind! My grind has worn right down now, and needs a new one, but i was riding in dirt, wet and mud yesterday, and it still gripped

  10. cool cool. I do drop sets on barbell bicep curls (sometimes) I start off with 32.5kg Then down to 27.5 then to 22.5 Then on 17.5 i do a fast set of 20 reps Its really hard to do STRAIGHT after each other, without a break in between lol
  11. Dropsets? They arnt too good for body building (i think ) Think its more for strength n power factor? But, if you could do 10 reps on each set, then it would be better also, from when iv heard about he being skinny n stuff, i dont think you would be able to do 10 reps on 70

  13. Take all the cabling off, and then use the 2 little screws to aligne your mech so it is central to the cod
  14. thanks dude. My mate has been going for abour 1 year now. He has a high metabalism, and his is fairly tall. about 2 years ago, he was VERY skinny as like a twig. but now he is muscly as fook and strong as fook aswell!! Looks like hes on roids lol. but i know for a fact he isnt. If you put your mind to it, you WILL succed! thats what i always say neways

  16. 15 16 in july Riding is going to f**k all of our bodys up aswell. You might aswell have fun now, unless you might not be able to have fun in the future
  17. them pics are like 3 months old... and today when i was training, i was training really hard and was pumped up to f**k, and looking kinda ripped. didnt have to tense to look big

  21. I cant wait for monday to arrive. Im having a rest. from wednesday till monday, so il be really refreshed and ready to press :D :D
  22. I have some of them at my gym, but they dont look totally like them ones. They are really hard to grip, and just fly outa your hands
