Nah, not using the smith, using a shoulder press machine. i can do free weights... olypic bar with with 10KG on each side, 10 reps to the back of my head. i know thats only 40kg, but i can get 60kg one rep with that bar

I would have lived if i had fell More riding was done after, VERY good riding if that intill i shapped the part which hold the bash onto my frame but it made me ride even better My camera died though, but its all charged now and should be doing more riding this week and should have a full vid by the end of the week I dunno if il be able to edit it though with music n shit, so you might have to just expect a vid like felix's Cya's dudes im off to bed

Hey people. In around 1 year, my sister will be getting a new car, currently she has a Golf MK2 in good condition. When she gets a new car, i will be geting the golf for free for a few months intill im old enough to drive it. The thing is, in the time that its just sitting around doing nothing, i want to be doing some mods to it, like, alloys, lowered, tints, sound system ect... I was wondering, do you have to get a garage to put lowered suspension (SP? ) on? or would i be able to do it manually with my dad (he knows lots about cars cause hes a ex mexhanic, but he hasnt had anything to do with MK2's...) How much would... (considering all the parts are good makes and all...) A sound system containing 1 12" sub, 2 AMP's, 2 6X9's 2 alpine 10" door speakers Alloys (prefeble 17") Lowering springs Window tints MAYBE some bucket seats... Induction kit Bore exhaust Just so i will be able to aim for a price so i will be able to afford it... (my dads insuring it, tax, MOT, lessons, test ect, so i just need the money for the mods...) Hey every body, Peter Backgren is coming through from sweden, and is staying at a place called "penrith" which is 20 miles south of carlisle. Hes coming through for 1 week of the holidays, the first week, and is staying at "Jordy Cooke's" house, and will hopfully be riding most days of the week. We will be riding round cumbria, and maybe outside of cumbria in like lancaster area/preston/blackpool/morcambe. Its going to be awesome. Tom Rigg and KBT have said they should be out for defo, and Stan Shaw has said he will be riding. So hopefully more people will come along Just post up area's around these places and we will try and get them ridden Thanks, rob!
