I dont really see why you are bothering with a 24". Barly anyone rides 24" compaired to 20" and 26", so if you ditched the 24" idea, and made it into the production of the 20", you will be making alot more money (IMO) If you made it good, just like a mini Raven 6, with a good price tag, id buy one
