Today was a bad day for me, went riding for a while on the pallets in my back garden, you know tensiles have that f**king silly part cut out where you catch your ankles, i cought mine 5 times in a row, 1st ripping the scab off from the day before, second on fresh skin.. and so on... it hurt. then i decided to put a plaster on when i got blood all over my trainers

My names Rob, people. lol My method has helped ALOT since i stripped my BB shell.... The BB hasnt came loose or even budged since its been put in there (FSA PLATINUM DH) Should do it P.S, iv thought of a way to get the BB out if needed... Just take all cranks off n stuff, then blow tourch the BB sheel from the bottom, then it melts the glue... making it easy to slip the BB out again...

Aint got one yet. all the stuff on that bike is bought brand new, apart from front wheel and forks... It did look good intill i got the bars Ah well, rides nicer than the koxx bars Iv still got the ACS, still going strong, waiting till the Tensile freewheel to come out might be stupid, il more than likly have saved for a Eno by then

If your engine is really hot, you should put the fan on full blast on the hottest it will get, this takes the heat from the engine, thus cooling it down

Use water mixed with a little bit of anti-freeze, then it wont freeze even when storing your bike

Yeah, i might spray it black, but then you wont be able to see the tidy writing on it lol If anyone wants to swap for a newer style louise, im willing to swap

Yeah, i need to clean my ream rim with summit, give it fresh grind, then clean pads, cause they covered in crappy brake dust. still works good though, VERY loud and locks like a dream The grind is done by me I only have the sliver monty stem on, because i didnt have a stem that was the large clamp size (old koxx stem 25.8 or what ever) so thats gettin used for now.
