Hi, Me and my mate built a pc up the other day, Everything seamed to be ding dang do... after it was all sorted, i transfered all my music ect from old hard drive, then noticed i hadnt screwed the graphics card down... so when i was screwing it down, i was pushing with one finger on the GFX card, and my finger slipped and snapped one of them little things off the GFX card... so that card was pooped... SO we put another card in and... nothing. so, we tried another... and still, nothing. so we thought hmmm, wonder if its the monitor, just outa curiousity... so we tried another monitor... and nothing. both GFX cards we put in were in working order, as one came out of my old pc... and knew it was working... so we built another pc up, and nothing... so we thought, ahh feck it, so took my mates out of his pc, and put it in the one we built, and it still never done anything... the same with the other one we built we tried 3 diffrent monitors, and none of them worked, and 2 diffrent GFX cards, and none worked... They seamed to be working, as the fans on both of them were spinning when turned on... and windows started up, as you could hear the start up tune... But there was just no display we even tried my GFX card in my mates pc... and it worked perfect cant be my motherboard, could it? Please help!

Hi guys, Im having a little trouble with you tube at the moment... when ever i try and watch a video, it come up with, "Hello, you either have JavaScript turned off or an old version of Adobe's Flash Player. Get the latest Flash player." and when i click the link and download the new flash player and install it, it doesnt work Does anybody know what the problem is? and how to solve it? cheeeers xxx

When i left school, i got an apprenticeship in plastering with Carillion, and to be honest, i absolutly hated it. Fair enough the first year was fun, but after that it got boring doing the exact same thing every day, and the crack was boring. So i quit that, and got a job as a Landscape gardener and Digger driver, and to be honest... i absolutly love it. The crack is awesome with the guys i work with, cause its a family run business, so theres always crack to talk about... my bosses are really down to earth and we just mess around alot and play fight all day lmao. Im half way through getting my 12tonne digger driving ticket, which will be awesome once i get it, cause it means i can drive any type of digger up to 12 tonnes, which isnt small. lol Its a pretty easy job, intill the landscaping side comes into it, which can be abit of a back breaker... but aslong as its nice weather, then im not too bothered!

When i used to work out, i found training alot and properly, worked the best, but i had the patience most people dont have, so used my patience in the gym... When i worked out, i used to drink 1 protein shake after training, and thats about it. Also used to eat quite abit of pasta + tuna and alot of red meat i.e steak. lol I started on creatine for abit, but really it just made me really ill and i started having real bad stomach cramps and it just made me lose my will to train... In the end i stopped taking it and i started feeling better about training ect, thats when i started making real gains... SO basically, you need to be in a real positive mood when training and rememeber dont do too fst reps, do nice and slow reps and you will feel alot of muscle burn... after a few weeks/months, you should start making gains... it is slow, but just keep at it with will power

To make your mirror checks more obvious, before you start your test, offset them very slightly so that you HAVE to move your head to see in them properly, this way, the insctructor can see you aftually looking and not just your eyes moving...
