If you take your mounts off your bike, you will see that on one of the mounts, there is 2 little bits sticking out, and on the other, there isnt. abit like this: Just file them off a little bit (not totally off) then the clams will clamp on the brake better :P It happened with me, so i done it and it hasnt happened again :)

ARGH!!! look, onza have sorted that problem with the downtube, its designed exactly like the T-pro now! so it doesnt dent! :P :) :P Get the T-mag spec 2 if you have the money, you will be glad you did :P The T-pro has too much stuff you need to upgrade on it to make it as good at the T-mag

i think it is yes. Like you lift, say, 12.5kg dumbells, do 6 reps, up as fast as you can, then slowly down. like jet li, he done plyometrics and its made him really fast and shit -
I want to know the same thing mate, im f**ked off by it. esspecially the weirdos that cant spell aswell... so they spell like, "oryt m8, wat u up ta 2nite" n shit like that....

haha, i actually found that funny :( :- ^_^ Yeah, if you are using the bar with the parts on the end which go wide and spin round (where you put the weights on) the bar alone weighs 20KG. its called the olympic bar :P I only go 5 times a week cause i have nowt else to do lol. i like working out, its awsome! i was just thining the same B) -

iv never actually tryed it properly to stand in the position, but i do 10kg and lift my arms out straight and back down slowly to get the shoulders. 10 reps... -

ah right :- Does it feel "not too heavy" ? if it does, its defo not 60Kg haha Monday - Arms and chest Tuesday - shoulders and back Wednesday - break Thursday - Legs Friday - abs and lower back Saturday - fitness and abs. Try putting your back on the floor, and your calfe part of your legs (below your knee) ontop of your bed or a seat of summit, then get someone to hold your legs onto the seat/bed and then try it. doing sit ups, your not meant to go right down and right up, try to go just far enough up so that your muscles contrapt, then done so they still slightly contracted :- Or steroids B) Oh yeah, and you cant just work on one part of your body to build, like you cant just work on your abs and build them into a 6pack, you have to build the rest of your muscles unless they wont get any bigger ^_^ -

£40 a months is ALOT lol I go 5 times a week, saturday and wednesdays are break days. If i wasnt paying a membership, it would be £2.50 each time i go, work it out how much i would be paying, its a massive diffrence like! the one where you sit up straight and push the bar upwards is for yourshoulders. i doubt you can do 60kg with your shoulders 30 times :( i can only do 25KG JUST 10 times! lol -

Well my gym is £25 a month, which id due on the 9th of this month :- and when you pay your membership, you get a free drink B) our gym is huge, seriously, lol, 3 floors and a weight shed :( :- You are too younge, but you shouldnt be doing big weights to hurt yourself, so just go and see if you like it ^_^ -

in reality, you should only start to go when you turn 16 cause then thats when your muscles are ready to take abuse. But if you start going now, do lighter weights just to build a little bit of musle and build up. Dont expect to be benshing 65KG as soon as you get there like lol -

Do you know which machines to go on for abs? If not, obviously, do sit ups and stuff, but also, if your gym is as good as mine :- then you should have some of these leathery things that you hang off the chin up bars, you hand your arms through them and lift legs out sraight in front of you. And to split your 6 pack up, there should be these slanted benches with like a plate thing on the bottom to put your feet on and bend your top part of the body to the left 20 times the vice versa, and then that splits them up ^_^ For some reason, on my left abs, i only have 2 abs and on the right i have 3 :( :- haha im weird! -

joe, there is NO way you can do 50-60 KG unless its the one where you sit on it and push the bars out in front of you, i can do 80 on that and thats pushing it, but id love to see myself do 80 on the actual bench... -

Sure you can do 30 reps with 50-60Kg haha You even realise how hard that would be for a profesional body builder? even though your like 1 year younger than me aswell.... When you go to the gym, what do you train? Tonight i was training, shoulders and back. i done a little bit of chest aswell when i finished and 130 sit ups aswell with a 2.5Kg weight behind my head A little tip to make your chest bigger, go on all the machines to do with chest, straight after each other and dont work out on anything else intill you have finished 3 sets on the machines, then start to do arms after, you will start to see your chest get bigger ^_^ Mine sticks out like i have tits :( :-

Yeah man, it still counts, even if its still 1 rep, its a rep... you have benched it once still... Im JUST fine with 65KG i only do 8 reps though. i work my way up from a 20KG olympic bar, with 1 10KG on each side, then 15 on each side, then 20.25 on each side. Gets you chest ALOT like!

you probably dont even know what they do in the comps.... All they do is show off their muscles n pose n shit, if he came first, obviously, hes bigger than most people.... Oh yeah, hes VERY weak, even though he can bench press 140Kg.... Id like to see most of you even do 65....

You point? Been going to the gym with my dad for 3 years now, hes a body builder, brick shit house actually, hes trained me up properly, I havnt seen me, how u know im not a body builder? P.S my dad came 3rd in a body building comp on saturday at blackpool! :- Actually, i was by myself, and both of them wernt lads, they are 26 years old... im only 15, they fight all the time n shit, they live by fighting, they would put me in hospital if i was by myself!

Id still have ago, i wouldnt let ANYONE speak to me like that if they were in my face. Just for refrences aswell, im a body builder :- not 7ft though ^_^

My great grand mother died at 103 last week ;) was her funeral on the friday :P Then just now, i think iv just been finished of my lovely girlfriend!!!! ;) :P :- :D :) Gonna have to speak to her! Oh yeah, and my bike isnt working very well ATM!! :( lol
