  1. Cause knowing us english, we would be put off
  2. :P on the top floor of my gym, thats where the women go to train n stuff, it also has all the tredmills, rowing machines n stuff on, so i go up some times. the machines up there are VERY odd!!! On the one where you sit down with your legs under a pad, you pull down a bar on a cable, i can do that on 110KG no problem 20reps easily, but it only feels like 30kg  i think they have put the wrong stickers on lol. And theres the one where you stand up straight and pull the bar down so your elbows are tucked into your hips, and pull your lower part of your arms up and down to get the triceps, i can do 40KG easily on the one upstairs, but only 25 just in the shed :-
  3. Most recent pics: Iv changed the front brake on the pro since that pic was taken (now a Louise disk  ) :- :P :P B) B) I could have had mine done when i was talking to him at fort will, but i never had a pen  lol
  4. Its gotta be. 100Kg is VERY heavy! :- :P Either your weights are wrong, or your whole school must be natural hurcules'!!!!! lol
  5. :- :P :P I dont like grolsch Imaging cleaning that up  lol
  6. hmmm, they must be wrong then. tell you what, grab a 20KG weight, and see if you can hold it straight out in front of you for more that 5 second without bending your arms what so ever, if you can, your weights must be fooked up lol
  7. Really? You rugby team must be huge then! Do you seriously know how heavy 100Kg is???? My dad can only JUST do 10 reps with 100Kg, my teacher from my school, (built like a shithouse) (does rugby [captain for his own team]) and he can only JUST do 120KG (thats his heaviest EVER) so i would be totally impressed with you, and your rugby team if they can do that amount of weight! But seriously, your weights must be fooked up or summit, cause i dont think i would be able to lift 100KG off the rack without pulling a muscle!
  8. True (ish) If you put too much water on, when it isnt very hot, then it can glaze the pads, but this means LOADS of water and letting it set on the pads without evapourating. The water cleans all the shit off the pads and rotor when your pull the brake, making it ALOt more grabby at first, but once bedded in properly, when you get loads of water on, it was down the performance intill its dry again  (mine does anyways)
  9. grrrrr  I like wads riding, its a mint style  lol does he have any vids?
  10. haha, no worries mate. Gonna start to download with my PURE slow internet now
  11. Which one is it? i see a 145MB one and a 16MB one aswell
  12. Think he used to ride a Bt raven 4, then swapped to his sisters bike :D Downloading now, 6% :P
  13. Haha, i couldnt stop laughing at that! I think its gonna be awsome, but most of the footage is going to be fairly old now, so the riders should have got a little bit better (if its possible!! :D ) still gonna be mega!
  14. dont you know muscle is 3 times heavier than fat? So when you put muscle on, then your body becomes heavier than what it would be with fat! So if you still eating healthy and stuff, but working out say, 5 times a week for 1.5 hours each time, then your muscles will grow fast if you just start to work out, so then you put weight on.... Anyways, why cheat by using pills n shit when you can do it the manly way and do proper weights!!
  15. Mine was amazing from the second i put it on, just AMAZING power! But if yours just slides along, just go along fast and do some big stoppies (or try) then pour water all over the rotor and caliper and repeat. watch out cause the brake will become VERY sharp! lol as i found out :D :P :D
  16. better if the tyre hasnt got a wire bead in it, so it goes straight. (dont know if the elgatos have wire beads :D ) I just have some hose pipe on mine ATM, did have inner tube, but just change! P.S, if its the foam im thinking of, then it will save your chan stay, its pretty good stuff. my mate used to have ti on his downtube and stopped it from dinting. but watch out for it ripping though!
  17. nope, hes from kendal, sounth lake district. Hes bloody amazing! :D :P Wheel swaps n shit :D lol you porbably see him riding round the morcambe/preston/addingham area. I think he came first for his age in tyke trials.
  18. Yeah, its sooooo old that frame like :P :P :P Im wanting that rear echo rim!!!! :P Shit, dont have £55 for spokes and rim :)
  19. It doesnt fooking mater how he puts the pics!!! JEEEEEEZ! Good riding man, i dount i would be able to do every rail! lol
  20. have you not learnt about it in science before? i cant remember it fully, but i can remember, if there is more pullys (3 or more) it seams like the weight is lighter than it actually is. somehow :) . builders use pully systems to pull bricks up the things they are building, they have 5 pullys, and say, 30 bricks, 2 men pulling it doesnt actualy seam like theres 30 bricks on the other side....
  21. This guy is right! But buy the Louise FR :P
