  2. Not bad biff, you'v out done yourself :blink: Once i get the funds for a new rear wheel and some new pads, my rear brake is going to be awsome! (i already know how to set my brake up though :S ) Slingers brake was VERY awsome, but when i looked at his set-up, it looked like he only took 2 mins to do it lmao! The pads were barley square to the rim lol
  3. I only tryed to work it out in my head at school, im bang on 68KG, so i must be 10.7 stone (i work in kelos mainly) but still, you cant do 75.... :blink: :S Unless its like the trials forum measuring tape LMAO!

  7. I was working on chest tonight. Benchpressed 72.5 for the first time (5kg over my own body weight!) and that was VERY hard! lol No it isnt, benchpressing is chest. and all the other stability muscles in your arms that hold the weight up.

Lol, i eat shit loads of pasta! lol But i dont really eat much food at all really, so if i do eat summit, its more than likly gonna be pasta (i eat my eveming dinner though) which is mainly pork n stuf... YUM! :P Iv bulked up quite abit since i started going, used to only JUSt be abelt o bench 30kg with abit of a struggle, and died when i tryed 35, now im doing my own body weight with a stuggle! :S (for all you people that dont know much, benching your own body weight is VERY good!!!!!) :( :)
  9. Personally, i would have a king, but only if it NEVER EVER skips! i wouldnt pay £300 odd on a hub that skips alot.... plus, i think that the kings are a waste IMO (but id still have one) cause you have to buy new freewheels n shit for them cause they arnt strong enough for trials n shit :(

In the first year of going to the gym, you will notice (if you train properly) that your muscles will increase quite abit and you will get stonger quite fast, this is because your body is new to it and its starting to grow quicker, then after, say, 1 year, your body starts to slow down with muscle growth, because it isnt new to training any more. "trialsking 55" if your 13, im not too sure that you will have that stuff in your muscles (cant remember what its called now (Y) ) that makes them grow (Y) , but you could still give it a go! :) Im weighing in at 10.8 now, but when i first started i weighed 10.13 i think, so i havnt really added much weight on. I think its because, before i started to work out, i was eating loads of shit, and most of it was just shit n fat, and now i have stopped and most of the fat has gone and its muscle now :D :D :D

Front brake - 2 QR - about 5ish lol (shitty outland) Frames - 2 forks - 1 Chains - 6 Freewheels - 7ish :) About 300 bolts haha Iv somehow snapped 3 seats (the rails on the bottom :'( ) About 2 rear hubs 3 rims snapped a bash guard rounded a pair of square taper crank off so i could spin it on the BB with my hands (Y) thats about it i think Oh yeah, and about 40 pairs of brake pads :D :P

  16. If you do 100 sit ups a day, your muscles WONT get bigger, your body will just get used to doing them, so if you break down your work outs, like, do diffrent catergorys each day (look at my work out earlier on in the post (Y) ) Than your muscles will start to increase (Y)

My bike ATM: Frame - T-pro 05 Forks - Monty X-lite 04 Front wheel - onza reggie on a Hope XC Front brake - louise 05 Rear brake - Maggy 05 with (soon to be browns) ATM once plazmatic and one Heatsink blue (Y) Chain - KMC Tyres - CC (Y) Rear wheel at the min - Onza hog rim on a T-pro standard hub Rear wheel at crimbo - Echo 06 rim (black) built onto a T-master hub (Y) Than my bike will be finally finished and hopfully WONT fook up!

  22. I barley EVER go on the areobic machines, i just felt like going on them the other night cause i finished training and had lots of energy lol. Im hardley ever on my bike now, parcially cause i dont really have anyone to ride with any more (Y) and cause my bike pisses me off ALL the time!! lol
  23. I think i might try and get hold of some good rubber to use, so then i can have ago at making some pads, diffrent techniques of making the pads shape and stuff like that.
