Im pretty sure the glue would work, alsong as that the freewheel doesnt work its self a little loose (enough for it to freewheel back even 1mm) Cause, all your doing to the freewheel is making it stop spinning backwards, because its allready engaged....

No, because then the lockring withh just screw off. Just fill the inside with weld then it will become a 'fixed' cog (Y)
