does anyone know how to run a screw on sproket on shimano hollow tech cranks? really tempted to try them just want to sort out costs etc. is anyone running them? how strong are the cranks and shimano spline bb's?

what happend to everyone then? me and fred ended up driving there, got there at 1 and left at like 3 lol

on the look out for a new front tyre. at the moment im running a maxxis advantage and its been great but id like to try and shed some weight. anyone know of a tyre 2" + with good grip and moderate puncture resistance and under 800g tall order i know.. thanks guys

hmm and people ask why there isnt more people riding comps?? so much bitchyness and sly comments just in one thread! i dont know anyone that organises the comp so im not taking sides and this is how it looks from an (outsiders) point of view, people actually riding them must be sick of it!
