right me fred and dave are trying to get a big group ride in herne bay sorted, the place is wicked for trials as anyone thats been there will say. everyones invited aslong as theyll be polite to people, we dont want to be banned from riding there as we dont get hassle! should be early august
stretching is a great help, just search the net theres loads of sites, as ali c said thoughs movement will make you muscles more explosive and will be good for power moves but not flexibility, if youre interested in that search for plyometrics on google that should help
hmm maybe i wont get one then, i was thinking about going 18t fixed cog on the front but it means buying new cranks bash and cog and still wont be much lighter
is anyone running the 16t middleburn bashring? are they anygood, has anyone worn out the chainring? can you still go to bashguard with one or does it not like it? has chain wear increased, chains breaking quicker? does the bashguard deflect things onto the downtube more with it being so small?

wicked ride today thanks guys, it took me and fred 4 hours to get home because we ended up in london some how! then got lost lol, all you guys should come to herne bay for a ride like we said, t'is a good place to ride :angry:
