thanks for all the advice guys, really not sure what to do now as im starting to get slight pains in my left wrist now to! should hopefully be going to see a physio soon! just intersted to know how i can tell if its my bars causing me problems, ive been running then since july and i started getting pains in my right wrist early september but i can cleary remember them hurting cause i was trying a big tap to back wheel. is there any easy way of gauging whether its my bars causing it or something else. im more than happy to change the bars if its those causing it!!! thanks again pete
