-
oh my god amazing riding and the bike is not bad either, although i think it would look better in all black or silver
-
hey man i'm from clacton to. I haven't seen you around though, add me to your msn tommo_cooper@hotmail.com and will go riding some time. im tom with the level boss buy the way
-
I think the best thing to eat before you go riding. Is paster and tuna, with a nice tomato source. butt Also take a banana and plenty of water with you.
-
I would have to say go for the Adamant A1, i know its £50 moor than the A2 butt you get a much nicer finished frame than the A2. It also feels so nice on the back wheel and it is pretty strong. Butt of course it is down to preferences and i would strongly recommend going on some rides and trying out as many different frames as you can.

I would have to say chris akrigg for just shear riding ability and skill on a bike
-
Right i bought a fresh tensioner the other week, and stuck it one my bike. But know when i pedal it feels like im in a stiffer gear, but im still in gear 4. Im not shure if it is because it does not use a spring loaded system like my old surly one did. if any one could help me with this problem it would be much appreciated Thanks tomo

i onley manage to ride about 5 hours a week at the moment, mainly because of work and college it would also help if i had people to ride with down my area
-
That is a sweet ride mate, im loveing the frame and the gold wheel just topes it off nicely.
-
I dont think any ride would be complete with out LESS THAN JAKE-ALL MY BEST FRIENDS ARE METAL HEADS.What a tune
-
I would have to say Akkers for just sheer originality, and emens bike skills, enough said
-
Sweet bike mate looks nice. I bet it rides like a dream (Y)

I know exactly what you mean mate. All the manufactures have just gone crazy and chuched out loads of good new products (Wich is a good thing for us :P)and the sport. I also was thinking that about TRA myself so its nice to know other people also think he is a good rider and are concerned wether his wrist is better or not and wether he still ride`s for koxx. nice post :P
-
I find that koxx browns are realy good especially on a grind. I try`d the zoo pads the other week on a realy soft grind and they are amazing to but they were gone in about two days. So i reckon your best bet is koxx browns on a good grind. :P

Iv got a Giro Xen and a piss pot but i much prefer the Xen mainly because its so much lighter than most piss pot`s and has a realy good ventilation system to keep you cool :P

Funny enough one of my worst falls came when i was riding my normal push bike, not my trials bike. My mate was giving me a lift on the back when he hit a bump in the road and i fell of the back of the bike. What happened next was one of the most painful things of my life. I basicly stoped the bike using my nutts as a brake and they got cought up in the brake as well, it was not a very nice experience (Y)

I use an R.I.C el gato on the back, mainly because its never let me down and it grips realy well (Y) . I also use a onza creepy crawler on the front . I woulden`t recommend it to anybody because they wear down realy quickly and they have not got much grip :turned: Thanks Tomo

Nice replies guy`s, :) keep them coming. Does any body else have anything that they are scared of or have a phobia about?.
-
I thought I would post this topic about fears and phobias, mainly because I myself have a fear of rails and some other moves as well. I think in general a lot of trials riders, no matter how long they have been riding, still come across things that they are not sure of and that they are scared to try. Now, these things don’t have to be twelve foot drops to skinny rails, all they are some times are little things, but, for some reason that little voice in your head says “Hang on a sec, what if I don’t make this?” or “What if I come up short? I’m not sure I want to do this”. That’s the point when you end up falling or not making the gap all because of that little thing called doubt, which in turn encourages fear, which then encourages phobias, and having a phobia in any sport is not a good thing. Of course this is only my opinion on things. It would be nice to hear what other people think on the matter. Thanks, Tomo :)

thanks for the help so far (i forgot to put what brake iv got :S ) its a hope trial disc. also does anybody know if its comon for the rotors to warp because i havent realy done anything to bend it. i think thats what might be my problem  thanks tomo

Yeah i would say anti-freeze is probably the best thing to do with them, just nip down to halfords and pick up a small bottle for a couple of quid, wack it in and then your sorted for winter. Job done
