  1. I want to do a big road trip at some point in my life. Start in Europe, pick somewhere that sounds good, and basically just drive over. Then pick somewhere else once I'm done there...won't be planned at all! Quite like to go to America too, not sure where really. New York for a day with my camera, then just travel around there, then make it back to good ol' Britain.
  2. Everyone around town just gets on with eachother. Used to be all the chav/'greebo' fights back at school, but they've all grown up now.
  3. From Tartybikes: So I'd say yes, it does. Providing you can spare 5mm of thread on your cranks, without it causing problems with the freewheel/cog on there.
  4. "....Yes it is." Nah, I dunno. Just wanted to quote that before anyone else.
  5. Yeah, he does. He did give us a little review, but he's got nothing on Clarkson.
  6. How does it look like a hippo?
  7. Where are all you MK riders popping up from!? There's about 4/5 of us that ride MK sometimes, but we're bored of there now really. Thought the scene had died..haha. I'll be up for a ride there when the weather picks up again!
  8. That was the best car review I've ever seen. Clarkson has lost/is losing his voice, he was on 'The One Show' the other day and could barely talk...so it's not lies.
  9. MSN was created for a reason guys. Any luck with the Magura?
  10. Looks nice that! Proper tidy set up. Love the white/green decals too!
  11. You'd probably find it easier with a high rise stem, I should imagine? What handlebars has it got, if any? The Da Bombs had a smaller clamp size compared tothe majority of trials bars, so that'd also help us help you. For the chain, get a KMC Kool 1/8" - http://www.tartybikes.co.uk/product.php?pr...p;category_id=7 Cheap and strong. I've used nothing but them!
  12. His back wheel doesn't look very round?
  13. My Creepy Crawlers still grip in the wet, it's just my back brake that doesn't! I have Koxx browns on a grind, and it dies in the wet? Never had a working brake in the wet either...oh well. Decent tyres with enough tread will grip in the wet just fine, depending on the surface you're riding on.
  14. The video was just a guy failing at footjam whips on a road bike. Why!? Sorry, haven't got a clue what the song is.
  15. How would that sort it out? I don't get it.
  16. Definatley getting one of these!
  17. Anyone up for a ride tomorrow? (Saturday) Think a few of us will be out for once. All learning how to ride again!
  18. You want the chain to wrap around the rear cog more, so tension the chain upwards, instead of down. This will also tuck it all in better and look much neater!
  19. That V brake will do your head in on a mod. Mine did... Mine was constantley falling apart, not working properly, cable only just had clearance of the tyre... Probably just my set-up though.. Bike's nice though!
  20. Ah damn. I'll just PM you pictures, it's easier!
  21. The only stock frames I know that had them are: The old Saracen MADs - 2003/4? T-Rex. Base BA26. I don't see the need for a bashplate, when you can just have a bashring on one half of the cog.
  22. I've never had a problem with water bleeds. Apart from when my old front one froze and I went over the bars! Magura internals are plastic, which doesn't corrode. So water is fine really. You can always clean them out/service them!
  23. You did bleed it when you replaced the body, right?
  24. Hope don't make front hubs in that green though.
