  1. Lets all just ride our bikes and get along. #YOLO
  2. My mate cracked his at the seatstay (common on them) and got it welded up with a brace put in between the two seatstay tubes behind the seatube, like a built in booster! Made it so much stiffer! He rides it brakeless too. Only got it welded up to get a bit more use out of it. Seems to be holding up so far! Get one, they're fun little bikes.
  3. More stretch and lows Fitted 215/45s on the rears today, and quickly wound the rear coilovers down to cover the arch gap. Got it pretty even seeing as I guessed each one as I was rushing! (Had work to do) I'll give it a wash on my day off on Friday, probably lower the back a touch more to see what I can get away with, then get some proper pictures.
  4. Don't take my pink bit away! I used to quite like reading the Happy/Angry threads, they seemed to work well as everyone could just vent their anger, or start a small discussion for a few posts... no point in starting a topic just to say you got laid, or whatever. I didn't like how inactive it made the forum look, as all 'The threads' were the only ones being posted in, and any new topics that were started just got a responce saying 'This should be in the X thread!' Other forums I use have a similar sub-forum, where everyone just posts whatever they like as long as it's within the guidelines. Replies which are just something like ' ' are fine, and no one gets 'flamed' for it! Seems a friendlier place and it's easier to find certain topics instead of going back through pages and pages of crap in a certain thread. 'Best Of The Internet' is a good thread, but again it falls into that 'this should be in X thread' when funny things are posted! Why do we need to organise the sub-forums so much? Senior Members should be automatically upgraded(?) after a certain date/usage of the forum. I think there should be the Senior Member chat where we can still discuss forum upgrades etc, as we've been around for however long so we can come up with new ideas, etc, and we can secretly moan about Jardo's potential 'I just broke my lighter' threads I like being able to edit my posts like a ninja though!
  5. Prawn - The fronts are 17X8.5 ET20, the rears are 17X10 ET15 Tom - I'm getting good at parking now! Still scares me though...
  6. Wheelies on fixies look sick!
  7. Had the Audi machine polished today to get rid of the swirl marks. Looks so good without the front numberplate on!
  8. Wind turbines... I'm a huge fan.
  9. ET18 on the rears would probably be correct if the fronts are 15! Otherwise it'd look really odd when on the car...
  10. Looks pretty bad that Skoze! Glad you're alright though. A mate of mine had a Disco' in similar shape, but his one 'fell over' when he went off-roading in it.
  11. Set up we've made in my friend's garen. We're always moving it around though, so it's not permanent!
  12. Anyone else expect the description to be 'Some guy on an old Giant who faceplants on a wall gapping off a bench...' ? ...or have I just been around for too long?
  13. Pulling could just be from the tyre being flat/driven at low pressure. Get them to check the alignment when they do the tyres and see how far out it is. If it's a long way out then you'll know if something's up. Worth doing when you get new tyres anyway!
  14. You can't just leave things alone can you!?
  15. Haha, well in a way... It's the best thread on T-F for sure! The only thread I keep up to date with really...
  16. I'm just here for the Jardo content.
  17. My one is the same as that though? Can fit all common PCDs, and has the same adjustments as your one! The only difference is that mine didn't come with the spare parts, but that doesn't exactly half the value of it...
  18. I bought that same arch roller off eBay for about £100! Brand new too. Works so well! Here - http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/FENDER-FORMING-TOOL-WHEEL-ARCHES-ROLLER-WIDE-ARCH-FORMER-Z0230-/330685315680?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item4cfe617a60
  19. I think the main points were the savings in road tax, fuel economy, and insurance premiums?
  20. Ohhh I see! Haha fair enough. I'll see what the others are saying anyway...
  21. I live pretty close by! Will ask the other locals if they fancy an evening ride. I've still got your old Aurem 3! Welcome to have a go if you like
  22. Yeah kinda... Speedbumps aren't fun, and certain bits of country roads. All part of the fun! It grounded out harrrd at Barrow Farm last weekend and made people pull funny faces...
